Glancing at the mirror one last time, I wore a black chase-desire one-shoulder mini dress with matching heels, I stretched my hair and then applied an ash glitter eyeshadow, nude lipstick, and a touch of mascara. I heard the alarm behind me but it was quickly canceled so I didn’t bother to open my eyes.
