Carl smiled, covered his hand with hers and he pulled her out of the kitchen to the sitting room. He reached out to his cellphone on the couch and made a connection to a boom box. He reduced the volume as the music started.
Meagan recognized the old music. “We are strangers.” She murmured.
“My favorite music way back in the 90’s.” Carl chuckled as he led her to an open space that was enough for them to dance.

It was her favorite place in the pack because of its silence and calmness if no one was around the area or in it. It was the second place she had visited after the garden filled with fire flies when she first sneaked away from home to see Hazel. Seconds clicked by and soon she sat up abruptly, remembering that her bag was still at the warlord’s house.Meagan hopped out of bed, deciding that she would call at his home, of course without accepting his invite again and she won’t mention it that she is going to the pool close to his home. She wore her swim suit under the mini skirt and top that she had changed into, she grabbed another inhaler from the box and headed out of the room.
