Naomi's POV

“Raven.” I called, staring back at her with a shock filled face. She was the last person I was expecting to see.

“It seems you are surprised to see me. I didn't get killed like you had intended.” She said with a smirk, her hands wrapped across her chest as she gave me a menacing gaze.

“That wasn't my intention, I did it to save her.” I yelled back at her, my eyes watering as the scene began to replay in my head.

A while ago, I had this gut feeling that she was the one being mated to Alpha Baron but because I couldn't get a full glimpse of her face, I thought otherwise.

“But she died, I got the result of my experiment, right?” She was still smiling now as she stared back at me with a smirk on her lips. It was as if I was going to pass out the next minute.

Thankfully, there was a wall nearby which I immediately reached out to, grasping it as if my whole life depended on it.

“Don't worry, we won't have any issues if you return to your pack and never show your face here again.
