Alpha Baron's POV

It was two days now, two days after I got mated with Raven from the Crestwood Pack.

Each time I thought about this, I would be overwhelmed with anger but there was nothing I could do about it.

Adding to my list of frustration was Naomi's unfinished story. I had thought of reaching her on her phone but I knew she wasn't going to pick my calls. I even attempted traveling to Dragonwood pack but I knew it was going to be the same outcome and so I gave up trying.

Now leaning against my chair in my office, I was biting my lower lips, my eyes shut as different scenes played out in my head.

For a moment, I imagined Raven to be a vampire, the next minute, a demon and the next something like a monster with several horns.

“Dammit!” I scoffed, snapping my eyes open only to veer backwards in shock.
