Amelia listened to the rustle of sheets on the bed. The creature must have stopped strangulating Freda, as she seemed to have crawled away from it. Amelia clambered out from her hidden position. Her eyes met with the black boots of the creature. She crawled out won her elbows and as she stood up, her eyes met with the person standing in front of her. Her body froze and her mouth fell open as her mind registered shock. She stared into the creature’s blazing eyes. He was half transparent, just like Vargauz when he was making love to her. His white wings were tucked on his back and he was giant, taller than Vargauz by at least a feet. He looked ferociously beautiful with white fangs out and yellow claws out. Was that a Fae? Did he belong to the Kingdom of Uzgolith? Where was Vargauz? Had he abandoned her and sent this one after her? Thousands of questions crossed her mind. She gulped.&nbs

The deep red liquid in the goblet was frothing. Amelia couldn’t believe that they had together found the Divinity Elixir—something that Vargauz had been waiting for a long time to acquire. He had spent years of searching for it. She was moved from the core of her heart when after so many years of searching for it, he asked her to drink it.
