CHAPTER 19

Zach leaned back on his chair in his apartment’s office that weekend night as he played repeatedly the footage inside the amusement café that occurred two days ago. He adjusted the settings of the video to make it go slow so he can see the trajectory of the bullet the moment it broke through the glass.

He remembered when he returned the next day to continue assessing the area. He stood by the glass storefront where the bullet broke through and looked towards the open area. He took his binoculars and scanned through for the possible position of where the shot came from.

He had concluded that only one person could be able to do that after he got the report from the ballistics expert on the bullet that went through the dead suspect’s head.

A sniper.

A damn good one.
