After the doctor left, I called my assistant to my bedroom. I couldn't go out since the doctor said I should rest for the evening until the next day.

I called for my assistant to inquire if Olivia had eaten the food I prepared. He arrived at my bedroom shortly after, and bowed in greeting.

"About the food I prepared?" I asked him, feeling a sense of apprehension. "Did she eat it?"

"No," my assistant replied, shaking his head. "It's still sitting in the kitchen. Are you sure you're not going too far in your efforts to win her affection? She's an omega, and she doesn't deserve this kind of treatment."
