Dani said with her hands still wrapped around his neck.

“You are mine,”

She added when they pulled out of the hug, he didn’t let her go completely, his arms wrapped possessively around her waist. His smile was a breath of sweet familiar fresh air that only he could give her.

“Hey, Cherry, you missed me, didn’t you?”

He asked like it wasn’t so obvious.

“Of course, I did. I wasn’t expecting you so early, you lied about your flight,”

She accused and he laughed.

“Yeah, I was already on air when I texted you, I wanted to surprise you,”

He said and she smiled in happiness.

“I am pleasantly surprised and I love the surprise. Welcome back, Luci,”

Dani said. He leaned in and kissed her sweetly on the mouth.
