I was bleeding and I was feeling a sharp pain in my back too. I was trying to stay calm but It was not letting me.

"What is it?? Selena?? Tell me??"

"It's just a glass. It got pierced in your back. But let me take it out. Just stay calm."

She took that out and then she applied the alcohol to sanitize it.
