There was a bit awkwardness in the air for a while, especially because Aria kept acting like Jamaison wasn't with me.

“Try to understand, Jamaison. Hopefully, she'll learn to trust you the way I do.” I patted him as we walked out to the field.

“He told you he'll be here?”
