Adonis open his eyes with the bright ray reflecting from the transparent window. With his bare chest, he clear his eyes with his arm then picks up his phone to see twenty one missed calls from Caitlyn Apollinaries. He looks exhausted.
From behind him, Caitrona hugs his back with dizzy eyes. "Hubby...you're awake!" She mumbles.
She turns him over slowly and hugs his chest. Adonis lean forward to her, resting her back gently on the bed with his face inches apart from hers.
"Cait, I need to return back to Seattle now. I've got matters to settle in the branch office." He whispers to her ear, trailing kisses around her face.
Caitrona looks sadly at him with a baby like face.
Hubby came back early yesterday all for me, dropping his work and all... she thought.
