Standoff

After a lot of beating from his mother, Danial slept rather painfully. The next morning Danial woke up and decided to head to the academy to settle some matters with Adren.

In the academy, Adren was somewhat nervous and gloomy. The goons that he hired yesterday didn't give him any news or they didn't even inform him about anything.

Adren was pacing in the Combat hall on the second floor of the Bright Light academy. He then took out his phone and started calling the goons he had sent for Danial. Adren tried calling multiple times but no one would pick up.

Adren sighed and said to himself "I hope that that bastard Danial is dead otherwise I will kill him myself "

Just then Danial arrived and went straight to Adren. Adren was stupefied "How can that be? I sent about 20 goons and he's still alive, were the goons weak I don't think so. Dammit, that bastard I will teach him later ."
