Queen Victoria was sitting on her throne. She was thinking about a solution to the problem the vampire kingdom was facing. The councilmen were waiting for her to come up with a plan to get out of that problem once and for all. "There is only one thing we can do to make it all work. We need to sign a royal treaty with the werewolf kingdom. There is nothing else that we can do to avoid the conflict." Queen Victoria spoke in a low tone while her eyes were watching the councilmen to read their facial expressions.
