In the evening, the royal sound blown across all regions passed the news across, Lord Rego had passed on.

It was a very sad one indeed and one we never saw coming and not on the day it happened. I would be selfish to think it ruined my moment because it had to happen when I would have been elected as Lord.

But a life was lost here and we still don't know what to expect.

King Markus came to see me. Everyone was supposed to be mourning and there were no feasts or parties fixed.

"I want to return to my pack," he told me. "My stay here is long overdue. Besides, with the recent happenings, I need to be home with my people and fight when necessary. I had to make sure things were stable here with my daughters."

"I doubt," he replied. "I don't know if she would want to come with me but I am going to discuss it with her. She insists she wants to be with Xavier."
