"Oh you've made a very big mistake sweetheart," I muttered under my breath. I had to turn my attention back towards Franklin when the men holding him back released him. What is going on here?"Seize him!" I ordered but no one was paying attention to me. I looked at Durelo and he had an unreadable expression on his face."This is the end for you," He said and that was when it dawned on me that they had tricked me. I shouldn't have fallen for that so easily. They all charged at me and I immediately touched my arm and disappeared.I appeared on the field and looked around. Good! The power worked. They thought they could fight me like any werewolf. Before I took this journey I made sure to be equipped with everything I would need to remain there. The wizard had his back to me as I addressed him."You have a heart as strong as a rock," he said. "You are willing to go to every extent, even the dead end to achieve your quest. And that is why you ha- Giselle -"Are you sure you guys don't want to stay a little longer to regain your strength before you begin your journey?" Sia said to us after we've gathered our men together, set to leave the central."You would have to take the burden of hosting us and that's not necessary," I told her. "We should all go and rest in the comfort of our packs and homes. At least, we can take our time to recover from the war peacefully, knowing that we've overcome.""And some of us cannot wait to go back to our families, you see," Franklin chipped in lightly, and we smiled."Well understood," Sia said. She heads on to give thanks to the leaders and Commandants who have come with me to fight."I want to especially appreciate all of you for this brave action," she addresses them. "It gladens my heart that we still have men and women who can diligently fight for what is right, no matter the circumstances. You've risked your lives and your packs to be here, and it is such a great
- Kira -"This is not possible," I muttered to myself. How's it that Gissele agreed to surrender because of me?"Do it quick and right now!" Zeba shouted, almost destroying my eardrum. "Better be fast with it before I cut off her head.""No pressure," Giselle said with her hands raised. "I will do just as you say, and my men will surrender. Just don't hurt her."Giselle turned round and began walking towards the battlefield."Move," Zeba dragged me along. There was something about the way Giselle spoke and turned around.Just then, I heard a sound, and Zeba screamed loudly, letting me go. I turned round and saw that Franklin had appeared behind her and drove a spear through her chest. My eyes widened in shock, and I fell to the ground, my legs unable to hold me. He removed the spear, and she placed her hand on the spot, turning round to face him.Blood spurted out of her mouth and she staggered to the ground.
- Durelo -With the arrival of the new army, our people became strengthened and fought more. Yet, the central army was still twice as many, and Sia signaled to me to use the machines."Our people are also on the field," I reminded her. "They might get harmed as well.""This is the only way to win this," she told me. "We'll try to get them to fall back so we can fire. We also need to bring Frederick out. He's our main target."We positioned them against the central army and fired huge balls of fire at them. There were loud screams, and they began to retreat. Our people rejoiced, but our joy was cut short when Frederick appeared in the midst of the fire. He looked unharmed and unfazed, even when people were burning around him."What the hell?" I muttered under my breath. "How's he still looking fine?"When our men saw him, they rushed to attack. That was the plan. Giselle did say that the
- Franklin -My body felt very weak and I could barely lift myself. Frederick kicked me with his foot and stood over my head."You can never be able to stand me, Franklin. Never," he said as he pulled out his claws. I closed my eyes and waited.I heard a growl and was not sure it came from him. It sounded some distance away. He must have heard it too and it got his attention.I opened my eyes and saw the wolf. The first thing my eyes fell on were the eyes of the wolf. Entirely white. It growled at Frederick, walking towards him. He left me and faced the wolf. A fight began between the two and even though I was not sure about the other wolf, I did not expect it would be able to stand Frederick because of the powers he had.But to my surprise, the wolf was an even match to him or even more. And more surprising or confusing was the fact that I felt a connection to this wolf yet I could not tell who it was.The wolf got to my side and tried to lift me bu

- Franklin - I swore under my breath as I moved in desperation to get Frederick. I had not realized he would try to get extra powers and I was not prepared for it. I had received too many injuries than I had given him and this cannot be good. My wolf had broken a limb and I had to transform back yet the pain was still excruciating. Then I remembered the weapons from Sia and I reached out for them. I activated it on my hand and when Frederick disappeared again, the weapon illuminated on his form and I could see where he was. This helped me fight more until he manifested another power. His eyes went dark and he stroked the weapon off my hands, breaking it to pieces. He lifted me with a movement of his hands and when he twisted it, I began to choke. It felt like something was tied around my neck, pressing against my skin tighter. I struggled, trying to get it off me but to no avail. - Sia -
