Aria smiled as carefree as possible when her parents and Jayden's parents came to visit. They looked so happy even though they could only see Aria and Jayden's baby from behind transparent glass. The cute baby is still in the incubator. Even Aria herself was still not allowed to see the child up close.

It doesn't matter. The important thing is that they know that the tiny baby is okay. It just needs intensive care. The critical times have passed.

"He's very handsome," said Elvis, Jayden's father proudly embraced his son who was standing next to him. His smile bloomed with happiness that couldn't be contained.

How could it not be that the grandson that Elvis dreamed of was now before his eyes? He really couldn't wait to hold her.

"Of course. He's my son and also your grandson," said Jayden, also praising the little baby, inviting laughter from all of them.

"Jayden, Aria, do you have a name for your handsome baby?" asked Aria's mother, Anne. The woman was no less enthusiastic than her mother.

Jayden and Aria, who were still sitting in a wheelchair, looked at each other. After Jayden left that day he never came to the hospital to visit Aria again. He was too busy spending time with Elena and also taking care of his work. Two days passed before he came with his parents and Aria's parents. That was because he had to because Jayden still didn't have a good reason not to come.

Aria and Jayden didn't have time to discuss their child's name. Even Aria thought Jayden wouldn't care at all, making Aria think of a name for her child herself. Unfortunately the woman hasn't found a suitable name yet.

"Of course."

Until Jayden's answer made Aria look at him confused. It turned out that the man had already prepared a name for their child.

"Juan Mattew," Jayden continued, not taking his eyes off the child. He felt that the name was very suitable for his little man.

"Wow! A beautiful name, Jayden," said Jane, Jayden's mother.

They all smiled in satisfaction with Jayden's answer. But not with Aria. She instead stared intently at Jayden there.

'I should be the one who gave my son a name, not that bastard.' Aria screamed internally. She didn't accept that Jayden gave her child the name. Although it cannot be denied that Jayden is the child's father. He also has rights.

But after all his actions, Aria felt that the man had no rights at all. Let's say Aria is selfish. Yes, Aria admits that.

"So when can you go home?" asked Anne while holding her daughter's hand, which still looked pale. Actually, Anne really wanted to accompany Aria when she gave birth, but the woman only found out that her daughter had given birth today.

Anne was angry with Jayden, but because the man was an expert at persuading, Anne's anger subsided quickly. Even though she didn't have time to accompany her, at least Anne knew that Aria was fine.

Even though Jayden deliberately didn't tell anyone about Aria's condition. The man wanted to make Aria feel alone. Evil indeed and that's Jayden with all his forms of revenge on Aria.

"Just waiting for my baby's condition to get better, Mom," answered Aria, smiling faintly.

Jayden and Jayden's parents had gone home first. Aria was sure that Jayden would not return there again, so she had to prepare an answer if her parents asked where her husband was. Although to be honest, Aria was still confused about what to answer.

Anne stroked the child's cheek gently. "Are you okay, Aria?" asked the woman in a slightly worried tone.

Aria was silent for a moment hearing Anne's question. Is it very obvious that she's not okay? Even though Aria felt like she was hiding her problem well.

"I'm fine, Mom. So what?" Aria did her best to hide the panic that suddenly hit her.

"But you don't look like that. Do you have a problem with Jayden?"

A mother's instincts are never wrong. If Aria hadn't thought about anything, she would have told everything Jayden did to her. But Aria couldn't do it. She was too afraid that the worst scenario would happen, so Aria just hugged her mother. Hiding behind the body of the woman who gave birth to her.

"I'm okay, Mom. Really. I'm fine," whispered Aria, starting to sob.

Good grief! Why is she even crying? That could make Anne even more suspicious. You suck, Aria!

And it's true, Anne knew very well that her daughter wasn't doing well. But as a mother she couldn't force Aria to tell the story, especially if it involved her household with Jayden.

Anne did not interfere as much as possible. This is something that is also requested by her in-laws. Let their children solve their problems themselves. but if they came to tell stories, Anne wouldn't mind either. She will give the best advice for his child's household as much as possible.

"Okay, if you don't want to talk. Mom just hopes that you will always be happyespecially now that you have Juan," said Anne, gently stroking Aria's hair.

"Yes, ma'am. I always hope for the same thing," said Aria. Those are not just words but a prayer that is expected to be answered.

They broke their embrace when they heard the boisterous voices of two men approaching Aria's treatment room. It was the voices of Jayden and Andrew, Aria's father.

Anne just smiled faintly when she saw the two men enter. If you are in a situation like now, Aria seems to forget that she and Jayden are not in a good situation.

They look like a big happy family. Full of jokes and laughter. Aria chuckled sadly as if she was mocking her own fate.

"Honey, the doctor said you can go home the day after tomorrow. You just need to have a check-up every week for treatment," said Jayden, approaching Aria and stroking the woman's hair gently.

Aria looked up. Smiling crookedly seeing her husband with all his theatrics. Maybe if Aria hadn't known about Jayden's rottenness, things would have been different. Where she would be so grateful to have Jayden with her. A husband who is so kind and caring.

"Is our child okay? He can go home too, right?"

Like Jayden, Aria also played her role well.

"Yes, because he's my son he has to be strong," answered Jayden.

In Aria's gaze, Jayden could already tell that the woman was cursing herself in her heart. And that's what Jayden really wanted. Aria got hurt in her own game.

"He has to be like that." Aria said with emphasis.

"You guys make mom and dad jealous," said Andrew looking at his happy daughter and son-in-law without knowing what was really going on.

Jayden suddenly embraced Aria. "You know that I really love your daughter, Dad?"

Bullshit!

"Of course. and I'm also sure that Aria is the same way. Isn't that right, Aria?" Andrew asked. He felt so happy because he felt he was right to choose Jayden as Aria's husband.

The two men looked at Aria demanding answers. With a faint smile, the woman nodded slowly. They could smile happily, but Anne couldn't be fooled by all that. She knows her daughter better than anyone.

The smile that Aria was emitting was not the real one. There was something he was trying to hide behind that smile.

"Aria, how about you stay with mom and dad for the next few days?"

And Anne wouldn't be able to just watch her daughter like that. She had to find out. Although she had to remain patient waiting for Aria herself to say everything.

"Why do you suddenly want Aria to live with mom and dad?" Jayden asked in surprise.

"I really miss Aria. After all, being a new mother is not an easy thing. I will teach Aria how to take good care of a baby," said Anne. That was the most reasonable reason. "How about it, Aria. Do you want to live with me?" asked Anne looking at Aria hopefully. She hope Aria doesn't refuse.

And as if she was with the goddess of luck, Aria immediately nodded. "Sure, ma'am." Aria then looked at Jayden. "How about it, Jay. Is it okay if I live with my mom for the next few days??" Aria asked with a pitiful face.

Unlucky!

Jayden had no other choice. If he refuses, what reason should he give? Especially if his in-laws ask. Jayden took a deep breath before forming a slightly forced smile.

"Okay. If that's what you want," Jayden answered finally.

Elena took a deep breath before continuing into her husband's office. She placed a tray containing two glasses of warm tea and small snacks on the round table not far from Jayden's desk. "You said you were on leave from our wedding, so why are you still working?" Elena asked, crossing her legs and leaning back on the sofa. "There are some things that can't be postponed, honey. I'm sorry," Jayden said, his face radiating guilt. Elena was right. They should be spending time together right now, but the Alatha Center business couldn't be ignored either. Elena smiled faintly and got up to approach Jayden. She clung to him affectionately, hugging him from behind. "It's okay. I can understand for now, but I'm still looking forward to a romantic honeymoon, Jay," Elena said in a tone she made as coquettish as possible. "Sure, honey. We'll do it, but not anytime soon. I still have too much work to leave anytime soon. In fact, my leave is only until today," Jayden said, gently stroking Elen

The man then took Aria's hand and held it tightly. "Please believe me, honey. I couldn't possibly lie to you. I'm telling the truth," Hans said with a pleading expression. His eyes were also glistening with tears. Aria couldn't hold back her laughter any longer, seeing Hans's hilarious face. She was laughing until she burst out laughing. Hans, on the other hand, put on a stupid, clueless face, making Aria laugh even longer. "Hey! Why are you laughing?" Hans finally asked, slightly annoyed. Was Aria just messing with him? "You look so cute with that pitiful face, Hans," Aria said between her laughter, which hadn't yet subsided. Hans bit his lip. He was already panicking, afraid Aria would misunderstand, but she was laughing at his expression. Who wouldn't be annoyed? He then folded his arms facing forward. Seeing Hans remain silent with a sullen face made Aria feel guilty. Although it looked funny, Aria could see how sincere he was to her. Aria truly felt incredibly lucky to

But Shila's next words instantly broke the tense atmosphere. "Eh?" Aria was at a loss for words, unable to react. She could only smile awkwardly. "Thank you very much, Mrs. Shila. I'm very flattered by your compliment." Shila, overjoyed that Hans finally had a future wife after all this time, moved to sit next to Aria. "You don't have to be so awkward. Aren't you Hans's girlfriend? You can call me Mom or Mama from now on." Aria glanced at Hans briefly as if asking for an explanation of the situation. But Hans simply smiled broadly, allowing his parents to chat with Aria as they pleased. Hans seemed to already know that his parents would welcome Aria with joy. So what could Aria do? Of course, she answered all of Hans's parents' questions, which gradually made her feel comfortable and relaxed. It was no wonder Thomas and Shila were so friendly and pleasant. The three of them were so engrossed in their seemingly endless conversation. Hans himself hadn't expected his parents to

Hans was supposed to take Aria home immediately after attending the wedding. Instead, they had to follow Hans's father, Thomas, in his car. The middle-aged man offered to share the car because he still wanted to have a long chat with Aria. Apparently, he was very fond of the woman his son had chosen. However, Hans declined, as he had also arrived in his car. So, they each went their own way. "Okay, Mom. I'll leave Juan with you for a moment," said Aria, who was on the phone with her mother. She was very worried about Juan, as this was the first time Aria had left him since her little son became ill. She still felt uneasy. "Sure, honey. Don't worry," Jane said on the other end of the line. "Okay, I'll hang up, Mom. I love you," Aria said. "Yes, honey. I love you too," Anne replied. The call ended with Aria sighing heavily as she leaned back in the car seat. "How's Juan?" Hans asked, glancing briefly at Aria before returning her attention to the road. "His condition is imp

Hans and Aria were now outside the building. Hans stepped further forward until he could hold onto the railing, leaving Aria standing there, staring at him. Hans let out several long sighs. From the beginning, he seemed uncomfortable there. The air inside felt stifling. "Are you upset?" Aria asked, daring to touch Hans's shoulder. "I always get upset every time I see Jayden's face," Hans replied without turning around. Aria stepped closer, taking a seat beside Hans. She also placed her hand on the metal support and gazed out at the majestic city of Alatha. "I'm sorry. We shouldn't have come," Aria said, feeling a little regretful. They shouldn't have been there in the first place. Both Aria and Hans had a bad relationship with Jayden. Aria might be able to pretend, but not Hans. Acting like everything was fine would make his chest feel so tight it felt like it was going to explode. "So, did you make Jayden think you didn't come because you still have feelings for him?" Han

"I love you." That wasn't an answer, but who cared? The important thing was that they were happy like any other newlywed couple. Hans pulled Aria's hand toward the front row, as if to show Jayden that he had made Aria his, just as she had told him. Jayden arrived first and was now standing at the altar. He looked dashing in his white suit. The vows were about to begin. They just had to wait for the bride to arrive. And that's when Jayden spotted Aria and Hans sitting in the front row. "So they're here," Jayden muttered, almost whispering. Initially, Jayden had been indifferent, even planning to make out with Elena in front of them. But before he could do that, Aria and Hans had already attacked him. Aria and Hans's hands, which had been clasped together, now curled around Hans's arm. The action made them look at each other with sweet smiles. They seemed completely oblivious to their surroundings. Both were so lost in their own worlds. Oh, shit! Why did it turn out like this? Ja
