Rejected Once Again

"Boss, we have news," Gabriel announces as he approaches my office. He enters after I nod and extends a folder towards me, "We have the identities and information of the rouge wolves. And the mayor of the Reynard clan wants to talk to you as soon as possible."

I get up from my chair quickly to grab the folder. There are reports of two rouge wolves from clan Reynard. A beta and an alpha who were expelled from the clan for insubordination to the mayor and attempted coup to steal the position of clan mayor, as if we were in ancient times where people were going to accept an alpha by force.

I look at the names and pictures of the wolves, absorbing as much information as possible so I can decipher what the fück they want and where they might have gone to hide, but mostly if it's possible that they’ll want to come back.
