**DREAM SEQUENCE STARTS**

I was back in that dungeon where I have seen my life turning into hell, where I have felt every gut-wrenching emotion, where I have witnessed the atrocious deeds of the devil.
The door creaked opened revealing one of the people I loath the most.
'How are you, little bird?' he asked caressing my hairs.
Swatting away his hand I yelled, 'You are a devil.'
'That I am.' he replied and started laughing.
I was wondering how could someone be so cruel when he shouted,
"Bring her in."
As the two guards brought the one person I have come to trust I was shocked to the core.
"Melinda." my voice came out as a whisper.
"Yes, little bird. Your dear Melinda."
"No, please don't."
"Sorry, little bird I have to."

Author******He has changed and the sudden transition in his behaviour has not gone unnoticed by anyone, neither his family or friends nor his employees. They were worried thinking what was the reason for the gloomy appearance of their boss who always used to have a charming smile on his face no matter what.He entered the office premises just like always but didn't spare a glance at anyone and headed straight to his cabin.Although he was not rude to anyone, still his cold demeanor was sending shivers down the spine of everyone making them shudder.Entering into his cabin he called Niharika through the intercom. Without wasting any second she was there in front of him."What's my schedule for today?" he asked while his gaze was fixed to the reports he was reading. She narrated his schedule and all the while was looking at her friend's tired and pale face.Everyone who has known him for long knows if something bothers D
Dhruv******"So, how are you feeling Mr. Lucifer without 9, oh wait, without 10 fingers?" I asked looking at the crippled form of the asshole because of whom my love suffered."You are psychotic," he yelled.Laughing at his comment I said, "I know but you realized it late you know.""Arjun, what he was saying a few days ago, what are we?""Some Naive men.""Oh, yeah. Naive men and those naive men made you cripple. I feel pity for you." I was still not feeling contended. I wanted to make him suffer more until he begs for his death."Why are you doing this? Didn't I tell you that I work for David? What exactly you want?" Lucifer shouted."Finally, you came to the point," Arjun said.Grabbing his collars I whispered "You used these fingers of yours to text her and I will punish each one of them who had hurt her.""Her? Whom you are talking about?""That you will know soon. Till then, Andrew will take c
Dhruv******I was about to leave early tonight as everyone was going out to have dinner except me. Again I had to make an excuse for a meeting and like always no one said anything except grandpa who is still cranky because of me ignoring Saavi.I was glad that Saavi was getting along with them and finally she was going back to normal without me.It hurts that she is happy and going back to normalcy without me beside her. Am I being too selfish?I had gone to meet Rajesh Pandey's family today but they all had gone out of the country as told by their neighbours so I came back disappointed. Even Lucifer was not giving any leads. It seems I will have to double the torture. No, wait, it's better if I find any weakness of him. That way it will be easier to make him spill the truth.I checked the time and sighed thinking it's time to leave home. It was 8 in the night and I was sure they all must have left by now.But to make sure tha
Dhruv******"I will not vanish from your life. I promise. I will stay with you, by your side, always.""You..are...lying...just like every time.""Don't...leav...leave...me..please.""Never."Our conversation in the art gallery was playing on a loop in my mind and I stopped the car abruptly when the realization hit me like a ton of bricks.Shit! What did I just do? I left muffin. Why? Just because of some stupid reason. I hurt her. I had to protect her but here I am doing what she had gone through all her life.I promised her that I will never leave her side. She was already insecure and after making her believe that I never abandon her I did the same. The realization hit me like a clap of thunder and I turned my car back to go to my muffin.Recklessly I drove to the house and in a few minutes, I was again at my doorstep."Muffin," I called going inside and found her slumped down on the floor near the couc
Saavi******I stayed silent and he also didn't even pester more. Bringing my wrist near to his lips he left a lot of kisses over the bandaged wound."Muffin, promise me one thing. Whatever happens, you will never do something like this."Holding his little finger I promised. He was rubbing my arm when I snuggled more into him."I was scared when I...when I looked at you in the bathtub."I was left stunned at the disclosure of the truth that Dhruv was the one who had brought me to the hospital."Don't pull that stunt again. I...I will not be able to bear it this time."Saying this he buried his face in the crook of my neck holding me tightly. I could feel warm liquid on my neck, that was probably his tears."Dhruv," I called but he didn't move. His tears were hurting me but I couldn't even pacify him."Dhruv, I am sorry. I am sorry for hurting you.I.I real...really..am." My own traitor tears had started flo
Kiaan******We came back from Namit's house and I was going towards my room when suddenly I had to stop in my tracks. The door of Dhruv's room was wide opened which gave me a view of Dhruv and marshmallow sleeping together.Damn! If any elder will see them together they will freak out. I could hear their footsteps and panicking I started shouting to make them stop,"Sna...snake...Snake...Snake.""Where is Snake?" Grandpa asked panicking."Here." Pointing near Dhruv's door I ran towards them while they all descended the stairs being afraid.Pulling Namit I whispered to Namit, "They both are in Dhruv's room. Do something before anyone sees them."Nodding he yelled, "Oh My God! A Scorpio."Till then Dhriti had understood something was wrong and Namit passed my message to her. While I and Namit were busy in misguiding our family members, Dhriti sneaked away upstairs.******Dhruv******Gr
Dhruv******Kiaan and Namit were scoffing at me while I was doing something I didn't want to. I had gone to muffin's room thinking I will spend some time with her. But Maasi came and gave me the responsibility of planting some new plants while she and muffin were busy in planting some other. No one was letting me spend some time with her. My plan of watching a movie with her while cuddling has flopped now. Sulking at my state I started to water the newly planted plants. My gaze was though fixed at her only. Her face was radiating with the dim sunlight falling on her face. Her shining eyes and her graceful smile can make any dead man alive. The way she put her hair behind her ears. I wish I would be the one to do that. She was so keenly listening to Maasi and paying attention to whatever instructions she was giving her. Her delicate fingers were holding the plants and I just wanted to kiss them. Not the plants but her fingers.I was engrosse
Dhruv******I have heard curiosity kills the cat, but I have also heard that, The Greatest Virtue Of Man Is Perhaps Curiosity and who am I to deny those people. My curiosity didn't let me sleep well last night even when my muffin was in my arms. That sketchbook was luring me to it and I did become a prey.Saavi was sleeping soundly so I got out of the bed without making any noise. Fortunately, I have already seen where she had kept it. Carefully I took out the sketchbook to see the content of it.I went towards the balcony and flipped the pages. The first few pages had nothing specific in it. They looked like her futile attempts to draw something as she had tried to draw something but had covered half of the page with black paint as if she was having trouble painting whatever she wanted to. After around 10-12 pages I saw a sketch that had left me horrified. The sketch was beautiful, yet scary at the same time. It was a sketch of a girl trap
