"There's nothing really interesting about me. I'm quite a boring person with a boring life." I replied, already knowing the question was a trap, but I couldn't figure out how.

"Oh, I'm sure you do. Tell us about your life. None of us knows what it means to grow up poor, so I'm sure it will be quite informative to hear from somebody who had that experience." Beatrice said.

"Beatrice." Pablo warned.

"What? You said I should get to know her, so I'm doing so." She smiled sweetly at him before turning to me with a nasty smirk. "So, how was life in the slums?"

"I don't know because I didn't grow there. My mom was quite well-to-do, so we travelled around the country and, once in a while, abroad, throughout my childhood into my teen hood." I replied before Pablo could shut her up again.

I knew her game; she planned on humiliating me using my past. Well, she was about to find out how shameless I could be.
