Chapter 9

　　Angelica Su knew that Annalyn Su would doubt her. “Well, if you don’t want to, I can help him myself and spend the night with him and get pregnant.”

　　She deliberately provoked Annalyn Su.

　　Seeing that Angelica Su was about to enter, Annalyn Su stomped her foot and pushed Angelica Su aside, stepping inside the room in her delicate high-heeled shoes.

　　After finally having a chance to be intimate with John Jiang, how could she let it go?

　　Annalyn Su helped the groggy John and left the private room.

　　Ronnie Chen and Peter Xiao followed to leave the room.

　　Only Michael Feng and Angelica Su remained in the private room.

　　Michael Feng walked over and whispered to Angelica Su, “Let’s get this over with. I’ll see you at the hospital.”

　　Michael gave her the address of the hospital and left in a hurry.

　　Angelica silently memorized the address of the hospital, and anxiously left the club.

　　She returned to Jiang\'s house while John Jiang was unconscious. She was worried that Wendy Wang would harm Bien, and so she hurried to bring Roy Jiang back.

　　She had three more hours.

　　Angelica Su went to the hospital to meet Michael Feng.

　　Under the moonlight, she saw Michael Feng standing in the parking lot with a suitcase.

　　Angelica Su walked quickly to his direction. Michael Feng opened the car door and Angelica Su got on the car.

　　“Roy Jiang is inside the suitcase. I temporarily sedated him. Take him back to Jiang’s house as soon as possible. It’s important to save your son.”

　　Angelica Su was so grateful, “Thank you, Mr. Feng. But, how would you explain this to him? Won’t he be angry with you?”

　　Michael Feng smiled and started the engine, “I lied to him that Roy has AIDS, he asked me to handle everything so you don’t have to worry about me. In fact I was delayed a little because I have had too much wine. Anyway, I don’t think this is too much of a blow to him.”

　　\"A blow?\" Angelica Su heard this, with a violent twitch in her heart.

　　She looked sadly at the neon streets ahead.

　　\"Oh, it\'s actually nothing, don\'t think too much about it.\"

　　Michael Feng took it over with a bit of concealment.

　　To John Jiang, the biggest blow is probably that his beloved woman betrayed him and married his murderous enemy.

　　And that woman was Angelica Su.

　　Michael Feng didn\'t want to make Angelica Su feel too guilty, so he didn\'t elaborate.

　　The black Maybach melted into the night and drove to the direction of Jiang\'s house.

　　\"Mr. Feng, thank you, just stop here. I will manage by myself.\"

　　Driving on the boulevard not far from Jiang\'s home, Angelica Su asked Michael Feng to stop.

　　Michael Feng looked at Angelica Su through the rear view mirror, \"I\'m seeing you off. It\'s late at night, and I’m worried about you walking alone.\"

　　After driving for a while, Michael Feng stopped and helped Angelica Su take out the suitcase.

　　He had to make sure Angelica Su got home safe before he left.

　　The closer she got to the iron gate of John’s house, the more unusual she felt, and she couldn’t understand why. The air seemed to get cooler. There were goosebumps on her arms.

　　Thinking that Bien might be harmed, she bid farewell to Michael Feng and walked faster. The quicker she was able to get inside, the safer she was.

　　Michael Feng left when Angelica Su\'s petite back had disappeared inside the door.

　　Angelica Su opened the door. As soon as she got in, she froze .

　　In the living room, there were a few uniformed policemen taking notes while holding a pen, while Wendy Wang answered their questions nervously.

　　John Jiang sat on the opposite side, with his legs crossed, a cigarette in his clean and elegant hand, and the smoke filled his hands.

　　Terrified, Angelica listened as they spoke.

　　Wasn’t he unconscious earlier?

　　Why did he recover so suddenly?

　　She had him unconscious in the clubhouse with her own eyes, and then she called Annalyn Su to help him get back home.

　　She held onto the suitcase tightly, her palms sweating coldly, and her legs seemed to freeze in place.
