SELENA HEMSWORTH'S POV

I'm cradling the pillow to my chest, ignoring the morning sunlight reflecting on the window, hitting my face.

I rose in panic when I remember that this is not my place- definitely not my world. We arrived late last night and I wasn't able to see what the surroundings looked like. All I saw from the last time walk were firm trees and tall grasses.

I touched my bed sheet. I took it near to my nose and sniff it. I gently rub my hand on the bed sheet.

The cotton's good, the pillow's cover was silk. I look around expecting to see a shabby place to stay and a small house with lots of cobwebs- exactly how I thought it would look like.

I put the sheet cobering my legs aside. I reached for the slippers. I decided to roam around.

I did not wake up with him by my side. He must have been doing something Alpha-worthy outside this room. I took my time, I slide my hands on the table set inside and tried to find any dust that would be left on my finger but the room is tidy
