Chapter 50 – Gabriel doesn’t give up.

Gabriel was about to let some partners into his office for a meeting when his phone rang. The number was not familiar and he was tempted to think it was Millicent before kicking against it and deciding to answer the phone.

Again, he pressed the speaker button but Maeve was not paying attention since she was getting the documents they needed for the meeting together.

"Mr. Scott, I would like to have a discussion with you concerning your sister, Doreen," a familiar voice invaded his eardrums, which got Maeve curious as well.
