As news of the evidence against Ryan began to spread, panic and anger consumed both Ryan and his conniving associate, Mr. Matteo. They believed their nefarious plan was foolproof, ready to ruin Rose's reputation and secure their own gains. But now, faced with the crumbling of their scheme, they knew they had to act swiftly.

Ryan's face contorted with fury as he learned that his elaborate web of lies was being exposed. He slammed his hands down on his desk, sending papers flying in a fit of rage. "How could this happen?" he seethed, his voice quaking with anger. "We were so close to eliminating Rose once and for all."

Mr. Matteo, typically composed and calculating, found himself similarly overwhelmed by a mixture of anger and fear. His usually unshakable confidence faltered as he realized the consequences of their actions. He paced nervously, running his hands through his hair, lost in thought.

Realizing they were on the brink of ruin, Ryan and Mr. Matte
