LUIS:

The whole atmosphere gets awkward soon after I push the door open that gives me entrance into the spacious office. And it only becomes that way when my eyes land on the one I came here for. To be precise, it was when both of our eyes make contact with each other.

I try as much as possible to maintain a neutral expression while shutting the door close from behind me. I take a quick scan of the office, the creamy walls with the touch of black shooting back at me. Even the curtains were the same as the walls. But what stood out in the office was the red hair on her. Yes, her. Alpha Soma, actually. And I was here to see her.

There was something about her expression, though. She seemed bothered. More like she has a problem. And it only took me a moment to discover the reason for her supposed agitation.

Someone else other than the two of us was in the room. Don’t know why it initially took me a
