Lucas POV
Me- Angela
Angela- Yes Alpha?
Me-I have special mission for you. I need you to cloak as Kelly go to her room pack her up some things, clothes and whatever girls need. Then bring them up to my room. I need this to happen before the meeting this morning.
Angela- bring Kelly things to your room?
Me- Yes and Tell no one not even Ralph.
Angela- Yes Alpha.
Angela is half witch so I know she can look like Kelly and get up here and no one will care. Sharing a birthday has its advantages today.
Since she was 3 Kelly has come up to my room before Breakfast and wished me a happy birthday. I always have a sweet or cookie for her.
Oh her cupcakes- I grabbed them before bed. I get them while the girls gossip. Seriously, I hear every word. The number one reason I was never with any female in the pack is the gossip. I roll my eyes at Angela’s Lycan comment. I’ve never compared myself to a normal werewolf but I’m not completely disproportionate, I don’t think. I’m a big guy which means I would be larger than average. Gossip, I hate gossip.
Angela comes out of the bathroom cloaked as Kelly. “Alpha,” she nods smiling shyly.
“Not a word to anyone Angela, I’ll see you in five minutes in my office.” I say sternly.
“Yes Alpha,” Angela nods again. She and Ralph have been mated for three years. She is a great Gamma female. Her witch powers and her wolf are not to be crossed. It took me a second to get used to some of her powers, but now I can’t imagine my pack without her.
I crack the door to the bathroom. “Do you think you could give me about 30 mins? I have a meeting.”
“Absolutely, I need to get ready for the guests arriving.” I want to look at her I hear her smile.”
I’m hard again. “Great be back soon.”
I need to get behind my desk so no one sees me.
Seeing everyone file in my office has me nervous. Angela is the last in and shuts the door. Normally I would stand and address everyone but instead I motion for everyone to take a seat around the room. Sam leans against a bookshelf with a knowing smirk.
I can’t look at him. He’s too young to not be a complete turd.
“Alpha, I have a copy of the bylaws as you requested. What is your question?” Elder Jacob asked.
“Let me start by saying the moon goddess had given me a mate,” everyone in the room gives heartfelt congratulations.
“Who is the lucky woman?” Vicky asks.
“She is a bit young which is why before I accept her I needed to speak to all of you.” I answer. Keeping tight to my desk.
“How young?” Elder Richard asks.
“Eighteen,” everyone looks around. I notice Sam is covering his mouth and looking at his dad. “As of Midnight last night, she is eighteen.”
A wave of understanding falls over the room. And Max’s eyes go black.

Sam’s POV-
Dad is going to lose his head. His eyes just went black. And he roars
“Did you mate with my daughter?”
Alpha is unfazed. He clearly expected my dad to lose it. He didn’t blink or flinch. I’m impressed. That is why he is Alpha. Control!
“I have not mated with her yet, but she is my destined mate, I wouldn’t fully accept her without discussing it with you. I hope you and I trust each other enough that we can agree I would be more responsible than that.”
My dad almost immediately calmed down.
The Alpha stood for the first time since we came in and leaned across his desk.
“Elders what do the laws say?” Alpha asked.
Elder Jacob didn’t need to consult the book. “What is destined is not to be tampered with. If you reject her that is your choice but I do not recommend it.”
My dad growled a little. My mom took his hand so Elder Jacob could continue.
“This is your last chance Alpha. You will not get a second chance, not at your age. She might, she could but you will never. What is destined is not to be tampered with Beta. We should all accept whatever our Alpha decides.”
“Can I say something?” I asked without thinking. All eyes shoot over to me.
“Speak Sam,” Alpha says.
“As future Beta I can’t think of anyone I would rather serve than my sister and her pup. If Alpha accepts her, I will proudly serve them. My sister is a Fierce warrior and has a good loving heart, she was made to be a Luna. I don’t want her to serve another Pack. She belongs here.”
My mother looked at me with complete surprise. “Kelly is made to be a Luna,” she says.
I noticed Alpha get uncomfortable at her name and took his seat. Dang must be love, the sound of her name. Oh I can use this.
“Kelly,” I say with emphasis, watching Alpha get more uncomfortable and pull in tighter to his desk. I can’t be the only one to notice this. “Will make a perfect Luna.”
“Alpha you have the upmost blessings of the Elders and I look forward to blessing the Luna celebration.” Elder Richard says.
My dad looks defeated. He clearly wanted Kelly to stay a baby forever. “I give my blessing as well.”
My mom gives his arm a squeeze and leans her head against his shoulder.
“When will you announce it?” Ralph asks.
“At my birthday celebration, she and I will discuss the details.” Alpha says.
We all started to leave. My dad shook Alpha’s hand, but I noticed Alpha didn’t stand up. I laughed to myself. Must be nice to mate. I think I’ll go see if that Omega is interested in round two.
“Not what I was expecting,” Mom says as we go down the stairs. “Angela you are smirking?”
“No reason,” Angela is lying.
The notice what she is wearing.
“Hey didn’t I see Kelly in that same outfit earlier?” I ask smirking .
“Kelly and I don’t share clothes you must be mistaken,” Angela gives me a go to hell look.
“No I’m not, when Kelly went up to see Alpha this morning she was wearing that,” I say.
My parents stop on the stairs.
“She is already in his room isn’t she?” Dad asks. “You cloaked as her to take her things.”
“I’m ordered to not say a word,” Angela says.
“Hey guys, breakfast?” Anna asks seeing us gathered on the stairs.
“Down at the main dining hall, I don’t want to be below the Alpha’s floor right now,” Dad says looking grossed out.
“Kelly has found her mate,” Mom announces as my sister and brother meet us in the hallway.
“How wonderful, who?” Mary grabs Jacob’s arm excited.
“Alpha,” I say. Studying everyone’s faces.
Shock is the most one I see. Except Anna, who looks jealous maybe?
“Like it said we will go to the main dining room. I will be out all day,” Dad repeats and heads down stairs.
“Kelly about to bed the Alpha Lord,” Mary jokes laughing.
“Alpha Lord got Kelly, tracks,” Alex laughs. I see Kendall also laugh.
We all sit down and everyone seems to be waiting for Alpha. He starts the breakfast in the morning.
Dad looks lost in thought, so I guess it’s on me.
“Alpha has business to take care of today, my father and I will be available, for now, enjoy breakfast!” I smile and everyone starts moving around to get food, coffee, and start talking again.
“Well done, Sam,” Mom looks at me proudly. “You will make a wonderful Beta for Your sister.”
That when I see Kelvin’s face drop.
Yeah he and knew about me as Alpha, him as Beta. Alpha’s plan. Opps.

Lucas’s POV-
She is mine. I don’t have to hide it. She can be mine. I felt close to her for so long. I never considered she would be my actual mate. The age difference, oh it’s ridiculous. But I do in fact love her. I always have.
Kelly was born when I was 15 I remember Vicky placing her in my arms. She was the most beautiful baby I’d ever seen. I hated pups, the crying and messes, but I found myself drawn to the nursery to see Kelly. The first time she walked it was to me. He first word was Lucas. It sounded so good coming from her little mouth. When I became Alpha she had to change how she addressed me, it took longer for her than anyone else. Mostly because I refused to allow Max or anyone to discipline her. She learned from gentle reminders from me. Then she started the birthday traditions coming to wake me up with a “Happy Birthday”. I had always been up and dressed before she came in. I noticed the past two years she kept her distance. I can admit I hated it. I would come to training just to train her myself. I didn’t realize then, but do now, we were always meant to be.
