I was on the bus. Sitting on the seat next to the window, my eyes kept fixing on the passing scenery.

The pack house was far away from our campus. I needed to get off the bus at the close stop near the pack house. I decided to take a cab to go there.

Suddenly my phone vibrated. I thought it would be my mother again.

But when I noticed it was Kevin's message, a smile swept across my lips.

"I am on the way, baby. See you at home."

Reading his message, I felt warmth.

The bus came to a stop. I assumed my stop had arrived. I locked my phone and hurriedly got up from my seat.
