11. Taking Care of the Problem

Gustaf is still standing, blood trickling down his temple, looking shell-shocked. Victor, on the other hand, looks calm and composed. "You don't touch Madison like that, Gustaf. I ought to break your arms."

Gustaf opens his mouth but then closes it as if he doesn't know how to respond yet. His eyes are blazing with anger. His ego must be bruised. He raises his fist and charges toward Victor, aiming for his face.

I gasp. I didn't want anyone else to get involved with my problems with Gustaf, but now here is Victor, getting punched in the face because of me.

But to my surprise, Victor is too quick for him. He ducks and lands a powerful punch on Gustaf's stomach, causing him to fall to the ground.
