Chapter 32: Mourning, Trace of Malevolence

The preparations was done at exactly four in the morning. Alpha Broderick and his companions then kneeled on the ground, mourning for the deaths of their brothers.

On the other side of them, Alpha Sebastian and his people was also doing the same thing as them. It was quite funny to look at that the two opposing packs was mourning in the same place. However, the atmosphere was quite heavy as everyone was wary of the others.

But all of that didn't distract Alpha Broderick. He was fully focus on contemplating and regretting. The death of these people was because of him. Yet he have no other choice as it was the only way he can think of. This made him tear up.

He finally realize how heavy the responsibility he have as the Alpha of the pack. He wasn't afraid of war nor fighting any strong warriors as he can handle them with his strength. However, his people doesn't have the same strength as him. In war, he can't guarantee everyone's safety.
