Alessia's POV

My head was throbbing in pain when I woke up the next morning. Even though I was tired yesterday, I couldn't sleep well because of what Sushi said. Sushi's conversation with me did not end there.

I wondered why my blood needed the tree of life. Sushi explained that to me. So in the past several thousand years, there was no living tree of life, because it needed a tool to be mixed with the soil to grow it. That is the blood of a virgin.

I suddenly remembered that I was wounded before while I was returning the flower that Sushi destroyed and my blood mixed with it and I didn't notice that the golden seed was also mixed with it.

The tree now needs my blood to restore its life. It doesn't matter if I'm still a virgin or not because it's sealed that only my blood can restore its life.

But Sushi didn't agree to let me do that because it wasn't that easy. Because the tree is already big, it will also need a lot of blood especially and I left it for several years.
