Katleah leaves the hospital after a few days of recovery. Axel had privately talked to her before leaving, and she discovered they were cousins on her mother's side. They kept their relationship a secret from Marco to avoid making it more difficult. Their lives are in danger, so they must be vigilant right now.

Marco promptly carried her into their room upon their arrival at the Mansion. "Baby put me down.''

He just kissed her while his seductive eyes stared at her.

"What are you trying to say with those looks?" Her words betrayed the nervousness and excitement in her heart.

"I need to make up for the days I didn't get enough rest, babe." His sexy response took her aback.

"Huh? You should get some sleep as soon as possible. "

"That's why, sweetie, only you can give me strength," he said tenderly, making her hair stand on end.

She panicked when she felt her back against the soft bed. "You're flirting," she told Marco, making him laugh.

"It's always been this way with me and you." He s
