Melanie walked into the room wearing a straight face, Charles followed behind almost counting his steps.

He had his hands wrapped behind him though his head was filled with a lot of thoughts of his heart clouded with a million uncertainty.

Charles shut the door behind as he slowly leaned on it staring at his wife who gently moved over to a wooden chair and sat quietly wrapping her hands across her chest, she didn't look like she really wanted to hear whatever he wanted to say, she sighed rolling her eyes.

She was sure he wanted to apologize or perhaps make excuses for his so many irresponsible attitude though she couldn't remember any of them, slowly she looked away fixing her gaze at the slightly opened window, their was a smooth breeze penetrating through it as the curtains couldn't stop moving along side with it.
