“Lieutenant, as you can see, we are overwhelmed by the injured victims. We don't have enough doctors to perform this surgery. I hope you can help us,” Doctor Adit explained.

 

Sofiah looked around the emergency room and she could see a lot of patients in the room.

 

“But I'm here as a humanitarian team, not to perform any surgeries,” she replied, looking concerned.

 

“I can't leave this emergency room. Can you help us?” he asked her again.

At last, she replied, “I can, but I need an approval letter from your upper officer.”

 

He smiled and said, “Alright. I can handle the letter. It will take only a few minutes. Now, help me to keep an eye on the patients for a while.”
