The female drug dealer

Elena grumbled as she walked to Leo’s room. Just earlier today, he had made her watch an innocent man get murdered, what more did he want from her now? She had a feeling he was about to send her to do another one of his dirty jobs, but one thing she was sure of was that she wouldn’t kill a fly for him, for the sake of her mental health and her soul, she would rather kill herself.

Yes, that was the coward’s way but she didn’t mind. What was it worth to keep living after losing your soul to darkness? She had imagined the kind of misery she’d be in if she was the one to pull that trigger earlier today, it would certainly haunt her for the rest of her life.

Elena got to Leonardo’s and met it open; she looked in and saw five men, Leo excluded. She recognized two of them, but the rest were probably one of their hundreds of sheep, or killing machines in other words. She hesitated but Leonardo looked towards her and signaled to her that she should come in, without actually saying the words.
