Everyone remained quiet after the news they got from Jaxon.

Nicolette was dead?

That was a bad one there.

If Nicolette was dead, then how would they ever catch the culprit? How would they ever know the Lycan queen's enemy?

And above all, who had flung that knife into the hall and tried to kill Elvira and Nicolette?

It had been one whole week already and Elvira hadn't even shown any signs of waking up.

Currently, Zayn and Zayden sat in a restaurant near the hospital as they sipped coffee and tea.

Zayn had coffee before him, while Zayden sipped Tea.

They both didn't say a word to each other as they let their thoughts do the talking. They had their gaze fixed at the hospital a few blocks away from them.

Loki, Zayn's Lycan, suddenly spoke to Zayn.

"I hope that this one would teach you to respect my words at least," He remarked, indirectly mocking Zayn for his earlier words.
