*****Elvira's POV*****

I opened my eyes to find my mum and Daphne sitting before me and staring at me. I squinted in confusion, surprised that I actually fell asleep without knowing when.

"You're awake? Get up my dear." My mum's voice brought back my thoughts and I looked up at her. She helped me sit up and that was when I caught sight of the view outside, the sun was already high up in the sky and the entire place seemed very quiet and peaceful as I leaned on the headboard.

"I never realized I drifted off," I told my mum as I ran a hand down my face. My mum smiled and shook her head, "No dear, you passed out. Jaxon just left now after he came to check on you." She said to me and I raised a brow in confusion. "I passed out?”

She nodded and I turned to look at Daphne, maybe my mum was pulling my legs.

"I passed out?" I asked her and she nodded, "Yes you passed out when you came upstairs after you told me to send the twins away." She said and that was when my thoughts began to come bac
