Chapter XXXIII

The lunch service finally ended and the whole kitchen staff who was part of the lunch service were now on break while the ones who just arrived started to prepare for the event. Eiji leads them as they start all the preparation, Ken just left his office when his son arrived a while ago. The appetizers just need to have a few finishing touches and they can be transferred to the banquet kitchen. That kitchen was the one connected to all of the ballrooms for a much easier transfer of food from the kitchen to the dining area.

Once the main entrée was done they would transfer it to that kitchen too and there they would plate it once it is time for the main entree to be served. Since if they plate it at the restaurant itself then it would be a little difficult for them to bring it down the banquet kitchen. They wanted to avoid disturbing the hotel guest as much as possible which is why they will use the employee elevator in transferring the dishes.
