Christopher's POV

I poured a drink into my glass while my eyes remained fixed on a woman now sitting on the second floor. I didn’t know how many glasses she had consumed, but from her movements, I could tell she was starting to get drunk.

Damn, she’s a mess when drunk, and I know I can’t trust anyone right now.

“How long are you going to stare at her? I feel like you’re about to break Franco’s arm just because he touched Cassandra’s arm.”

I didn’t take my eyes off Cassandra even as I heard Dexon’s comment. To hell with that man. Honestly, I’m here because of his mistake, too.

“I didn’t leak her plan to party with Franco just to see you sitting here all night, Chris,” he complained again.

“I don’t give a shit about that,” I said, drinking from my glass before pouring more.

My decision to skip going to the office wasn’t enough to stop me from coming here and secretly watching Cassandra as she got drunk on the second floor.

“It’s so funny how you’re watching her here like a jealous husband while Cassandra’s drinking like she’s frustrated with her life after marrying you.”

Dexon always knew how to taunt me, and I didn’t care about it.

“You said you wanted to meet me because you had important information to share. Are you just going to sit there and mock me endlessly?”

Dexon laughed, then casually lit his cigarette.

“This is important information; I wouldn’t bring it up here.”

“Then you don’t need to say it at all, damn it!” I said impatiently.

My gaze sharpened as I saw Cassandra stand from her table and walk away. Of course, Franco stopped her because they had only been there for less than an hour. That party boy wouldn’t leave before midnight, and Cassandra was making a decision that went against his habits.

“You’re crazy if you approach them now,” Dexon said, standing as I stood, holding my glass.

I knew I couldn’t approach them now. But as if luck was on my side, a waiter suddenly spilled a drink on Franco’s shirt, causing him to be stuck there while Cassandra walked away, unnoticed by him. That waiter was a paid actor. I’d make sure Dexon wired the money into the waiter’s account.

“I don’t care about your information. Get out of here, Dexon!”

Without waiting, I walked casually toward the stairs on the opposite side of the dance floor.

I didn’t understand why Cassandra chose this club to drink when there were many other clubs in New York—quieter, with better drink selections. This place was wild, filled with young people using fake IDs to sneak into nightlife before they were of legal age.

“What do you—” Cassandra’s sentence cut off as she looked up and found me blocking her path.

At first, I could tell she looked annoyed. Very typical of drunk Cassandra—her personality was entirely different from when she was sober. Or maybe this was her true self. I didn’t know.

Secondly, I saw the shock in Cassandra’s eyes. She stumbled, and luckily, I managed to grab her arm before she fell.

"It’s strange, but I don’t know why I always end up dealing with you when you’re drunk," I asked, smiling calmly. "Didn’t I tell you not to get drunk without me around? Who do you think is going to take care of you when you lose control, Cassandra?"

Well, I was lying about that. I didn’t “find” her—I intentionally followed her. But I couldn’t admit that outright until I ensured she was truly drunk.

“Mr. Alexavier, is it really you?” She raised her hand and touched my face.

This wasn’t part of my previous scenario.

I didn’t anticipate this happening when I suddenly appeared in front of her.

Now, I could confirm that this woman was truly drunk. But I couldn’t deny that her cold hand felt so soft against my skin.

“I am, Cassandra,” I replied, holding my breath, which felt heavy.

This emerald-eyed woman didn’t realize how powerful her touch was to me.

Clearly, I was somewhat tipsy, too, though not as badly as Cassandra.

“No, you’re not.” She shook her head and withdrew her hand from my face. “I must be dreaming.”

Cassandra’s face flushed, and I knew it was the alcohol’s effect. Or maybe her skin hadn’t fully healed after I saw her get sunburned yesterday.

However, I had to admit her eyes… were glowing, and I couldn’t hold myself back anymore.

“And I’d love to know what your dream are like, Cassandra,” I said, closing the distance between us.

Even though she stood on a higher step, she still had to look up to meet my gaze. And she willingly did so, allowing me to see her green eyes clearly. Her face was so close that I could see the freckles near her nose.

And I swear I couldn’t hold myself back any longer. I leaned in and kissed her lips.

Her cold lips still carried the faint taste of her drink, and it drove me crazier. Cassandra tilted her head, closing her eyes as if she accepted the kiss.

I could tell that she did accept it…

This wasn’t like our last kiss, where she was stiff and nervous. This time, Cassandra kissed me back so well that it made me lose even more control.

This woman wasn’t lying when she said she was a fast learner.

Knowing she accepted me drove me to do something even crazier.

I pressed her body against the edge of the stairs while my hands caressed her back and waist. Occasionally, I deliberately let my fingers brush near her breasts—almost touching them several times.

“You taste so sweet, Cassandra,” I murmured against her lips.

I wasn’t lying when I said that. She really was sweet.

And even if tonight I had to experience this while she wasn’t fully conscious, I thought it was worth it. I couldn’t wait too long, considering how much she had hated me lately. At least I didn’t have to try too hard now, as she willingly gave herself to me, even wrapping her hands around my neck as if she wanted more closeness than this.

“Do you want to continue this in my room?”

Cassandra gasped heavily when I broke the kiss.

I glanced upward briefly and saw Franco walking around, looking left and right as if searching for something—or someone. Most likely, he had just come out of the restroom after cleaning himself and was now looking for Cassandra. Fortunately, I had positioned Cassandra in a safe spot where no one from above could clearly see her. Plus, I stood with my back to the second floor, ensuring Franco wouldn’t recognize me.

Still, Franco would undoubtedly find us if he decided to come down the stairs.

And I wouldn’t let my fun end so soon.

“What are we going to do?” Cassandra asked, looking at me with her dreamy eyes.

God, this woman didn’t realize how much her gaze affected my arousal. I had felt it harden from the moment I first looked into her eyes.

“Have fun,” I replied, quoting her words when we first met at a bar on our wedding day a month ago.

“I want to have fun,” she murmured.

“You’ve chosen the right person, then,” I said, guiding her down the stairs.

***

Cassandra was utterly drunk.

I knew that fact all too well when she climbed onto my lap while we were still in the car. Most of the ride was spent kissing her, keeping the fire of passion alive in her.

One more thing—I couldn’t let her fall asleep just like that—not after everything this woman had done to me.

Secondly, I also learned that Cassandra reacted differently depending on how drunk she was. Sometimes, she became incredibly passionate, like now, and the first time I found her drunk a month ago. Other times, she could go crazy, like when she got drunk at the company party on her first day of work.

Of course, I preferred the first type.

“Oh, Mr. Alexavier...” she lay down willingly when I dropped her off in my room while still kissing her on the lips.

This was very risky. I knew it clearly. I had never brought a woman to make love here—in my home. However, I guess I don't have to worry about Cassandra since I already had her sleep here a month ago, even though we didn't do anything then.

Cassandra was wearing a very modest dress for a woman who came to a nightclub. However, that didn't make things any better. I could feel her breasts pressing against my chest when I was on top of her. Her small hands with short curved fingers, very different from the women I used to fuck, were now moving on my back—caressing me in a perfunctory motion.

I spread her legs and let my waist press against her private parts. It made Cassandra move restlessly under my body.

“Ahh...” she started moaning when I touched her breasts. My fingers circled there and occasionally squeezed them gently. “What are you doing?” She asked with her eyes occasionally opening. However, she couldn't keep them open, so she closed them again.

“Open your eyes, Cassandra,” I said as I kissed her eyelids in turn.

I pulled down the zipper of her dress and helped her get out of the damn thing.

“I... can't... do this.” She said with difficulty. She held her hands in front of her chest and stopped me from stripping her when the dress was already at her waist.

“You can do it,” I looked down and gave her a peck next to her neckline. She had very pale skin, so every kiss I gave her left a reddish mark on her face. But I try so hard not to give her a kiss mark in case she is the kind of woman who doesn’t like kiss marks.

I couldn't wait to give her kisses on other parts.

“You're my boss...”

“And I give you orders,” I said as I pulled the dress down with a single stroke.

Cassandra looked at me in confusion, and I could hear the sound of her heavy breathing.

This woman was very drunk.

I wondered how many men had taken advantage of her when she was drunk. After this, I'll give Dexon the task of finding all those men. I don't mind striking their eyes with the end of my gun since they've already seen Cassandra's body before I do.

Yes, after this.

Because right now, I couldn't think of anything when Cassandra's hips lifted up and moved to rub against my cock that was still covered by my pants.

I pull away from her neck to unbutton my shirt quickly. Then I swore again as Cassandra opened her eyes and waited for me to do everything as if she couldn't wait to see what was underneath the fabric.

Shit. She has dangerous eyes.

“Want to touch it, Cassandra?” I asked her when she couldn't stop staring at my fully hardened cock.

Cassandra shook her head slowly, and I wanted to laugh when I saw it.

“Never seen one this big?”

“Never seen one before,” she muttered.

I raised one eyebrow.

“Then you should see it more often after this,” I murmured before I planted a kiss on her slender stomach.

Well. She’s drunk, so I don’t have to always listen to her.

Cassandra moaned and lifted one leg when she felt my kisses going lower and lower, all the way down to the border of her panties.

I looked up only to find her eyes watching what I was about to do.

Damn. I cursed again when I realized that Cassandra was very drunk, and now I was taking advantage of her even though I had made it clear to Dexon that this was not my style.

I was successfully licking my own spit because of this woman.

“What are you going to do?” Cassandra looked at me worriedly as I pulled her panties down her legs.

I looked up and gave her a smile while one of my fingers began to caress her gently.

Cassandra had shaved off all the hair there, so I could see everything very clearly. Her pussy lips were glossy from my touch, and I could feel her body convulsing under my touch.

“Mr. Alexavier,” she murmured uncomfortably as I slipped one of my fingers inside her.

I frowned slightly when I felt how narrow her pussy hole was.

“Damn, Cassandra. You're going to make me lose control.” I crawled up to smother her lips with mine while one of my fingers was still moving inside her. Every now and then, she closed her legs uncomfortably, but I quickly restrained her with my other leg.

“What the... ah!” She couldn't finish her sentence properly as my touch made her lose control even more.

I knew that she was very ready for penetration, but all of this felt so fast to me that I was afraid to finish any sooner than I usually did.

“Call my name, Cassandra,” I said while still kissing her lips.

I knew that this woman was mine. I've had her since the beginning.

And now I just wanted to claim her body to really prove that she was mine.

I had completely lost control, and I couldn't hold back anymore. So, I quickly spread Cassandra's legs while she waited for me in confusion.

Just as I pushed in, I heard Cassandra moan in pain. I could feel something holding me down there while Cassandra's hands gripped my shoulders tightly—sticking her short nails there.

I frowned and pushed harder. Just as I broke through the barrier and Cassandra cried out in pain, a realization hit me hard.

“Oh my God, Cassandra. How could you possibly be a virgin?”

Cassandra’s POVI sat limply in the waiting room, which was Monica's office after the woman had taken me out of the auction room. Monica said the other women had already been taken by their buyers because most of them were sold for 15-25 thousand dollars. They could make payments with the operator on duty there and leave without a trace, taking their chosen women wherever they wanted. However, something different happened to me.“I knew you were beautiful from the moment I saw you come in here. Even then, you were unconscious, and I couldn’t see your eyes. But I was sure you would fetch a good price at tonight’s auction. But one million dollars?” Monica clicked her tongue and shook her head. “This is beyond my expectations. No one has ever fetched that much. The most I’ve ever gotten was 100 thousand dollars, and that was when I was lucky because the only son of a winery owner was bored and decided to spend some of his money here.”I stared at her in fear. One million dollars was no s

Cassandra’s POVI still shook my head vigorously when I heard what the woman in front of me said.Among all the nightmares I’ve endured because of my father, I could tell tonight the worst one.“Usually, I’m not this kind to others. But you look so pitiful, so I’m making an offer.” The woman shrugged. “When I started this business, my network wasn’t as large as it is now, so 20 thousand dollars for a woman was impossible. But I can guarantee you that all the guests who come have more than enough money to buy a woman. If they don’t have that much, of course, they’ll choose to sleep with an ordinary woman who can be rented at a lower price. They’re prostitutes who are no longer that attractive. All the women auctioned here are high-quality. So the customers are more interested in the auction at my place.”“I’m married,” I shook my head, “I don’t have that kind of quality.” At least, I knew they’d probably prefer to buy a virgin woman for a fantastic price. The problem is, I just lost my

Cassandra’s POVI might have to crown this week as the most chaotic week of my life. However, it turns out there’s still one more mess waiting for me in the daylight when I had just stepped out of my room to refill my glass with water.“Mom, I think we need to go to the doctor.” I looked at my mother with worry as I noticed her face growing even paler, her breathing becoming heavier.Among all the problems I have, I have to admit that the hardest one for me is seeing my mother suffer from her illness while I can’t do much.“I am fine, Cassie.” My mother closed her eyes and squeezed my hand. “We don’t have much money lately, so you need to be more frugal.”“How could I think about being frugal when you’re sick?” I looked at her in frustration.I found out that my father still hadn’t sent me any money even though he was supposed to, according to our agreement. That man… he must be doing this on purpose, just like he always does.“I know you’re in trouble now, which is why you’re not wor

Christopher's POVAfter Cassandra ran away from my house, I sent someone to follow her. I also sent a taxi for her because I knew she didn’t have money and didn’t bring her phone. She left her phone and her bag in my car. So, I also sent those items to her house after installing GPS on both of her phones.“You did it, right?” Dexon, who had been sitting quietly across from me, now spoke after a medic finished wrapping the wound on my neck.“Did what?”There are so many possible meanings for that damn question, and I didn’t want to fall into a trap.“Telling her,” Dexon frowned. “You told her you’re her husband.”“Oh,” I nodded.“What do you think I was asking?” He asked again.I ignored the question and chose to focus on the GPS of the taxi Cassandra was riding. She actually went home, not stopping by a bar like she used to do when she was frustrated.“Franco messed everything up. I want you to handle his work while I figure out what to do with him.”“You’re not thinking of killing hi

“Cassie,” Franco's voice echoed again, and the only thing I could do was cry. From the way he looked at me, I could tell he had figured everything out. The conclusion was spinning in his head, and I could see it so clearly.“Franco, it’s not what you think,” I stepped forward while Franco stepped back as if he didn’t want me to come any closer. That fact hurt me even more.I knew he felt disgusted with me.“Where were you last night?” he asked, his jaw clenched and his sharp gaze piercing me like a knife.“I…” I couldn’t find an answer. I was at this house when I first opened my eyes, and that alone answered the question of where I was last night.“I searched for you all night, trying to call you, but you were nowhere to be found. I spent the entire night looking for you at clubs and just caused a scene there because I couldn’t find you. I even went to your mother’s house to check if you’d gone home. I did all of that because I was worried about you, damn it!” He shouted so loudly tha

Cassandra’s POVWhen I first woke up from my sleep, I furrowed my brow as I felt a strange pain in my private area.I hadn’t fully opened my eyes yet, but I could feel warmth on my back. I woke up in a completely foreign place... one that, unfortunately, I clearly remembered because I had been in this situation a month ago. That fact alone wasn’t shocking enough; I was further startled by the movement behind me, along with the sound of a man softly snoring.Oh God...I didn’t dare turn my body now...However, when an arm moved around my waist, I could feel our skin touching directly under the blanket, and that led me to the realization that I... was naked.No...No...“What am I doing here?!” I coul

I had never done it before because I prefer experienced women to spend hot nights with me. Unfortunately, I misrecognized Cassandra when I should have been able to read her from the first time we kissed. However, now I couldn't turn back the clock.I was Cassandra's first man, and I couldn't change that. I had her first experience when she was drunk, and it was crazy. I'm sorry that she might forget this incident like she did before.Oh, I won't let her forget it then.“Open your eyes, Cassandra.” I kissed her eyelids once more. She obeyed like a puppy. Cassandra’s POVAfter work, I usually spend time with my mom before falling asleep out of sheer exhaustion. But tonight, I decided to do something different. I... didn’t know how to escape all of this and ended up choosing the most foolish thing I’ve ever done.“You need this drink to refresh yourself!” Franco said, walking toward me with a glass he got from the bartender. We were at one of the biggest nightclubs in New York. Don’t even ask how crowded it was—this place was like an ocean of people, with music pounding loudly. Franco had seated me at one of the sofas upstairs—a semi-private spot on the second floor that wasn’t too crowded. From here, I could see the dance floor, where hundreds of people were dancing freely.“I think I do,” I nodded, accepting the drink he handed me. “Is this alcoholic?” I brought the rim of the glass to my nose, grimacing slightly at the strong smell of alcohol.“Of course!” Franco poured more alcohol from a bottle into his glass, drinking it casually.
