The clattering of glasses and voices was heard as they all settled at a table. “It’s such a beautiful night,” Usman remarked as he took a sip from his glass of wine. Alex smiled as she looked around the whole place which was filled with so much Glamour. She took a glance at Adrian and she could see him typing a few words on his phone. A frown appeared on her face as she saw Susan taking her seat at the middle of the table. Their eyes met and she could see the smirk on Susan’s mocking face. As she walked along the crowd at the poolside, she could see the Thompsons standing at a distance with a couple. “Excuse me,” she said as she tried to walk past the few people standing in her way.
