Chapter 8: The in-laws

When I open my eyes, it’s already morning. It takes me a few seconds to remember where I am. I sink my head in the pillow before looking up. Dimitri is not on his side of the bed. Suddenly, the bathroom door opens and Dimitri comes out completely naked. I turn my face to the other side, my cheeks are red as tomatoes. Of all the things I thought about how my husband would look like before my wedding, I never expected him to be this fine. I mean, even with his clothes on it’s obvious that he is ripped, but without them, you can really appreciate every muscle and every curve. Not even in my wildest dreams, I thought Dimitri would be so handsome or that he would make me feel this aroused. He starts to get dressed, totally unaware of how I feel.

“What time does Margaret said she would get here?” Dimitri asks me as he puts on his shoes.
