Chatters. Clanking glasses. Familiar noise, just like the one in the auction, while place was filled with rich laughter from different high-class people. I looked at Reign while his blue eyes were staring at me worriedly.
“Are you okay?” Reign asked without changing his worried expression, “Why are you so pale? What’s the matter?” He added while putting his hands on both of my cheeks. I tried to open my mouth, and I was glad that it’d not frozen anymore.
“I’ve been working for two years in a luxurious bar, and yes, there’s a lot of rich customers I served inside that place but this event,” I turned my gaze downstairs and observed the people who were out of my league, “I don’t fit in this ball, Reign. Maybe I should just go back to my room and sleep, right? I’m better off there,” then I turned my eyes to him.
