Monica knew better that Sly was a man of his words. But how was he going to make her sign the divorce papers? Was he going to travel down to Georgia and force her? Monica did not have the answers but strangely she wished he would come. However, she decided not to dare him or give him any hope.

"Goodbye, Sly," she ended the call. She decided not to answer any calls from a strange or unknown number anymore. If Sly kept calling, she might give up on everything. Nevertheless, she couldn't stop wondering what Sly was up to. 

Monica went to the warehouse with Serena the next day. It was exactly as she wanted, huge enough to accommodate the thousands of gadgets. Still, renovations had to be done to put it in a commercial state therefore, she booked an appointment to meet with the manager. Regardless, when they got to his office, Monica could feel her social phobia slowly creeping in. Being with Sly gave her respect and dignity because he was there to protect her. She nev
