I stood up abruptly. This is probably some type of joke. He is just trying to mess with me for denying his advances.
"WHAT! That's not funny. This is a serious matter!" I exclaimed.
"I'm not joking, Miss Young, or should I call you Mrs. Adams from now on?" Ivan smirked.
"Look, I decided to keep the baby, but I don't want to marry you! I meant we could coparent to help the kid grow up, and that's about it," I cried.
