My Dearest Delusion

I was a succubus that Jack had picked up from the side of the road. However, he had already stopped feeding me for half a month, saying that I had bullied Stephanie.I protested again and again, "I didn't bully her! I just asked her to stop calling you in the middle of the night! I haven't eaten my fill in ages…"He sent me a chilly glare. "Do you think that's an adequate reason?"Then, he took a glance at Stephanie's message on his phone, telling him she wanted to cut contact with him, and his tone took on a tinge of irritation. "You've been by my side for ages, but it seems the only thing you've learned how to do is to humiliate people with money!""I didn't humiliate her!"His gaze was icy cold and judgemental, but I stood my ground, defending myself. "It's none of my business if she thinks that money is humiliating! I for one, think that money is the best thing in the world!"Besides, it was clearly her fault in the first place! Sunday nights were the only time I was allowed

In the background, Stephanie's cold voice came through, tinged with stubborn displeasure. "No need to take a detour, just drop me off at the next junction.""Shut up." Jack's voice was even colder. "Just find her a doctor, Hyde. I don't have time to go."Glancing at the downpour outside the window, Hyde drummed his fingers lazily against the windowsill. "Bro, humor my curiosity. You're ignoring your feverish little girlfriend, all in favor of taking a detour to send Stephanie home. Is she really that fragile? Or are you planning on cheating on her?"It was blunt, crude, and hard to hear. "We're just friends," Jack corrected stiffly. "Stephanie got soaked in the rain, and she looks terrible. I can't just let her be.""What about Lily, then?""What could happen to her, staying in that villa all day? Succubi heal fast, so it's fine even if she starves and has a little fever for a few days. She'll act up again if I don't teach her a lesson."Hyde couldn't help but laugh, not able t

Blushing hard, my trembling fingertips reached towards the zipper of his race suit. But the zipper was heavier than usual, the teeth biting tight and stubborn. No matter how hard I pulled it, it wouldn't budge. In the end, I could only look up at him helplessly.Brushing a thumb over my overheated cheek, he sighed softly. "Why are you still so clumsy?"As he pulled me over to press a kiss on my lips, he pulled down the zipper that I'd been struggling with, all the way to the bottom.-This was definitely the fullest I'd ever felt after Jack picked me up. For the first time in ages, I felt what it was like to be completely filled with energy again. The restless craving and anxiety churning inside me finally quieted, replaced by an unprecedented sense of fullness and satisfaction.I felt lightheaded in the best way, and even the space between my bones glowed with warmth. But most importantly, when I woke up in the morning, Jack was still there.I couldn't help but lean over and

After a brief moment of inner struggle, I decided to refuse. "Better not, I don't want to disturb her."He chuckled softly, clearly in a good mood, before turning off the phone and stuffing it into his own pocket."What present do you want for your birthday tomorrow?"As I clung to his arm, I said, "I want you to be with me."In the past, that would have been the most daring gift I could have asked for, but because of how well he treated me these past two days, I felt a little more courageous than usual."You want to eat cake?" He asked."Uh huh!" I nodded, before adding with fervor, "And I want to eat you, too!"-The next day, the weather finally cleared up. I'd originally planned to go to the amusement park, and he'd even booked a restaurant for the evening. But as we were about to head out, I suddenly started to regret it."Don't you want to go out anymore?" he asked, seeing through my hesitation.I replied honestly, "If we go out until it's too late, I might not have the

At those words, Jack was left completely speechless.People never know what they truly want, so they greedily hold onto everything—both the rose, and the snow.Yet, they forget that roses cannot bloom in the winter's snow.-Meanwhile, I was buried under my sheets, watching the live reactions of the chat in front of my eyes.[Damn, that punch looks like it hurt! Oh, but now that you hit him, don't hit our darling succubus!] [Hyde really knows to stab where it hurts! It's true that you're the one who abandoned her in the first place, so why are you blaming him?][Say, is anyone else finding it difficult to distinguish the brothers, now that they're standing together?][What a scheming scumbag, I was wondering why he picked our darling succubus up back then! It was all to get a reaction out of his beloved!][Who still remembers their first meeting?
