Aaron's pov.

I was still seated when all of a sudden I heard someone walk into the room. It was Clark. He seemed really disturbed when he came in, but I was hoping he would tell me what the matter was.

“Clark?” I called the moment he sat down. It was obvious that I was getting all better.

“What's going on, do you mind telling me about it?” I asked with raised brows. I didn't expect him not to answer me, but I guess he wasn't in a good mood today.

“Are you still worried about Mary?” He suddenly brought up something I least expected him to talk about.

“Was he talking about Mary?” I asked, completely shocked by what was going on. I didn't realize he was being that kind of person.

“Mary, why bring her up all of a sudden?” I asked with raised brows, causing him to frown.

“Well because I wanted to know where you're coming from, and where were heading to. You don't know where Mary is, but you can do whatever you want to now.”
