This chapter seems like it was published too early it has absolutely no connection to last and the beginning feels like we are missing critical info. Like when did alpha Reggie show up?

Yeah it was totally an abrupt shift. I can't tell if we're actually missing a steamy chapter or if it was purposeful.

...

I can understand skipping steamy scenes to keep the plot rolling, but the end of the last one to where this one starts is such an abrupt shift that it feels like something is missing. Maybe something is, maybe not. But the way it transitions implies something got skipped.

lol I wanted some of that steamy stuff too, but I think Miss L purposefully moved forward without so she can wrap up the book faster. but I could be wrong and we might get some steamy scenes later on.

I think Miss L also purposefully skipped over more steamy scenes as to wrap up the book faster. I'm not satisfied with the author not including them lol but oh well.

I don't think we're going to see chapters with the hard conversations, as it would make the book even longer. The beginning of the chapter does inform us that weeks have passed and what's been going on during them (rebuilding what was lost), so we're not missing chapters.

I feel like a whole chapter or several was skipped! Like a steamy chapter and a chapter of them actually having some of the hard conversations that have been hinted at the whole time. And maybe even a chapter of them discussing the plans for the pack. Then this chapter, which still seems unfinished.

I wanted more steamy scenes, but I get the need or want to wrap up the story. Can't wait to see the pack return and finally getting to have the Luna ceremony.

feels like the book is finally winding up. With that I hope we get to finally find out who Lila mate is, a sneak peak at Xanders pup, a private moment between Reggie and Skylar, and one more moment of them sitting around the fire getting ready to continue their journey in life. Great book!
