Demonte's POV:
She gently pulled away my hands from hers. I felt as if she was disappointed with what I have done.
"Let me go, Mr. Damelo," she said but I held her hands firmly as I didn't want to leave her hands even for a single moment.
"I am not letting you go," I said as I gripped it harder.
" Just leave them. Trust me I am going to come back to you. You will wait for me, right?" she said as she smiled. Her smile was mischievous.
She walked in after leaving me in there. Her increasing steps towards him and away from me hurt me like hell.
I waited for her like a child was waiting for his parents to return back to him. This was so childish of me but every time, she is the one who takes out the child off me.
I waited eagerly for some minutes and there she was.
She locked his door and then walked to me with her slow and heavy steps. Was she going to cry for Jeremy? Does she still feel pain for him?
