Bryant's POV

Watching Gia leave after refusing my help coldly, I couldn't help but groan. I was frustrated. Partially because I had a raging boner that had been left unattended to, but mostly because I could see that she was suddenly trying to create some sort of wall between us.

It was like she was trying to shut me out after last night and that realization made me feel quite bad.

It also made me overthink which was not something I usually did. I was decisive. It was one of the qualities that made me a good Alpha. It was also such a trait that got my pack to where it was today.

When it came to Gia though, I seemed to have turned to a stumbling fool who couldn't make a solid decision to save his life.

I looked down at my boner considering if I could just wank myself off but I squished that idea almost immediately. Gia was just in the bathroom and with the way things were now, I didn't want her to feel some type of way if she heard me.

The situation was already messy as it was, there w

  • Omega Rejects Her Possessive Alpha   Deep Need

ENZO’S POVKalen and I shared a look as we both took a deep breath and realised that Nalia’s scent was getting thicker. We could both smell her arousal, and damn, it smelled heavenly. I’m just glad this didn’t happen while we were still at the gathering, because an unclaimed female in heat would have caused a riot.Even though logically, the other males would know that Nalia belonged to two pack Alphas, their primal instincts would have driven them crazy enough to try and claim her. When we both caught her before she fell, it was like being struck by lightning. I could feel the connection between all three of us, and her heat progressed faster because of it. She wasn’t scheduled for a heat for a few months, so why now? Maybe this was the goddess’ way of trying to force our hand, to make us accept our fate together. Was that really needed though? We were already working together, and war was put on a back burner for now. We only had the hurdle of getting Kalen pack legitimacy. But de

NALIA’S POV“So what next?” I asked them both as we got back to the house.“Now, we prepare to leave. Kalen, you’ll need to either come back with us now and leave someone you trust in charge, or we leave without you, and you come tomorrow with a group of your best negotiators.” Enzo said.“Why can’t I just leave now with a group?” Kalen asked.“Because, I will need time to inform my pack of what’s happening, and get them prepared to receive you. Until the sanction of your pack is legitimised, you have to be guests at my pack. If it was just you going with us today, then your presence won’t cause much of a disruption without prior knowledge. But a group will definitely cause tensions before I get everyone informed.”“That makes sense. I’ll go with you today and make arrangements for a group to meet us tomorrow at your pack. No offense but I’m not letting Nalia out of my sight. Who knows? Maybe you’ll try to convince her to leave me and bond with you alone if I’m not there.” Kalen said

NALIA’S POV“Won’t we be hunted down if we give up our safe haven here? Our greatest safety asset is our remote location. Moving closer to regular packs would take away that factor. Some of us became rogues willingly, but others were exiled for one reason or another. What if the pack decides to hunt us down for any reason they can justify?”“That’s a great question. As you know, I never judged anyone’s reasons for becoming a rogue, either by choice or by past misdeeds. The only group I made sure never got to join this pack are violent criminals, and those with irredeemable qualities. But since you’ve brought it up, we’ll make sure it’s addressed when we meet the council. No one will be hunted for their past misdeeds.” Kalen paused for a few seconds before he resumed his speech with a more severe tone. “But the same way there are consequences for rule breaking here, the same way it will be. This is not a free card to cause disruptions and try to use this as leverage to escape punishme

NALIA’S POVKalen gathered the rest of the rogues and directed everyone to meet at his pack square. I could tell that Enzo and the rest of our pack members in his group were shocked at the number of rogues under Kalen’s command, and the fact they were so organised, and also obeyed him without mutiny. It seemed he was starting to realise why I was so against any form of war. The win would not be easy, despite how well trained his warriors were.“I called you all here because there has been a new development.” Kalen began to speak. The whole place was silent, so everyone could hear him. Most of the rogues were throwing curious looks my way, others were glaring at Enzo and his group with disdain, or aggression. But they all remained quiet to listen to their Alpha. It was actually impressive, and with the knowledge of how put together this pack was, the council would not have an excuse to refuse us when we make our request.“As you all know, I took a female a few days ago, but what few of

NALIA'S POVI saw the look on both their faces. They absolutely did not want to even consider the possibility of working together, but they also seemed to want me enough to actually go for it.“Getting this done would require me to have a meeting with my rogues. I need to think of something that will make this arrangement seem more beneficial to them. But I think if you set your mind to it, you might actually be able to achieve this seemingly impossible fate.” Kalen said and I smiled so brightly.“Just let them know that achieving pack status won’t mean that they would stop being rogues. They just have to be a bit more mindful of a few rules. But it seems you already run a tight ship here. You said it yourself. They don’t go out to attack packs indiscriminately, and your set up here is already well organised. They’ll just move locations, and gain some recognition. Let them know that there will be no need for them to fight a war with my pack, because you will also have a legal pack of

  • Omega Rejects Her Possessive Alpha   Make It Work

NALIA’S POV“The best solution is to get the council of alphas to officially recognise Kalen’s pack and give him territory that’s closer to our pack.”Even before seeing the look on both of their faces, I knew it was a far-fetched idea. I don’t think it’s an impossible feat, it just won’t be easy. But nothing about the choices left to pick from was easy, so it was better to just take one plan and stick to it. After all, it was better than the alternative, which is war.“Nalia, can you hear yourself? What reason would the council possibly have for granting legitimacy to a rogue pack? We’re not even sure how strong his pack bonds are, and if he would actually be able to keep his rogues in line and follow the rules. And what of their crimes so far? Does it mean that they will go unpunished? Rogues have been attacking our packs and causing pack deaths.” Enzo said and Kalen scoffed.“Don’t act like your pack members don’t hunt rogues for sport. Besides, my rogues haven’t attacked anyone in
