"I have a delivery for a Miss Vincelli," Rita says walking in with a large bouquet. Red roses "Ma'am, are you hiding something from me? Like an admirer or lover? Did you get yourself a boyfriend?"

"Who sent them?"

She shrugs "You'll have to read the card but first let me guess" Handing me the bouquet, she takes a step back and pretends to think "You didn't come home last night and you seem to be in a good mood today" Snapping her fingers dramatically, she says "I'm guessing the most handsome bachelor sent them?"

"I can't think of anyone else who would be so dramatic" Does he think I'm one of his conquests? What is the purpose of flowers anyway? A box of chocolates would have been more appropriate. I take the card and flip it open.

I snap my head up "What do you mean? I don't look disappointed"

"Yes, you do. Up until the moment you opened that card, there was a small smile playing on your lips but now it'
