Asha the Chinese lady.

"Angel please don't do this to me"

Zachary said almost going crazy.

"What now?,Am not dead yet and you are already mourning me?"

Angel said walking with the lady and she was covered in blood.

"What happened to you?,Why are you covered in blood?,Did she injure you?"

Zachary asked almost immediately checking angel for any injuries.

"Am fine,it not my blood it hers"

Angel said pointing at the lady that is pale, before she continue speaking.

"Help me get her home she has lose too much blood,if we don't stop the blood she may die,Hurry!"

Angel said hurriedly seeing he's still standing there.

Although Zachary don't want to,He have to do it for angel sake. So he grumpily picked up the injured lady before walking towards their house.

As he reached the house he hurriedly put the lady on the bed as if she's dirt before hurrying out to wash up. Angel saw this scene and was stunned before chuckling a little then shakes her head before going to where the injured lady is.

After an hour of cleaning and sterilizing Angel finally managed to stop the bleeding and the lady has fallen unconscious.

"Are you done yet?"

Zachary voice came from outside.because angel told him to stay out.

He is dying of anxiety, controlling the urge to barge in.

Creak ..Creak..the sound of the door opening make Zachary look up after seeing angel was fine he heaved a sigh of relief.

"What's there to eat?,Am hungry"

Angel asked Zachary.

"I cooked shredded chicken and rice this morning 💫"

Zachary said raising up his chin as if proud of himself.

"Alright thanks"

Angel thanked him before heading to the kitchen,After she finished eating she made porridge for the injured lady.

After five hours the lady woke up.

"You are awake,come drink this porridge"

Angel saw that she's awake and said.

"No thanks am okay,Thank you for saving me I owe you my life now"

The lady said bowing a little because of her wound.

"Are you afraid I would poison it, if we want to harm you we would have done so in the past five hours you are unconscious."

Zachary said angrily making angel glared at him.

"Alright bring it"

The lady said stretching out her hands taking the porridge from angel and started eating.

"What is your name?"

Angel asked.

"Asha"

The lady replied.

"Acha?,What kind of name is this?"

Angel asked pronouncing the name wrongly with confusion written on her face.

" A-S-H-A..Asha not acha"

The lady corrected.

"Okay Asha where are you from?"

Angel asked with curiosity.

"Am a Chinese"

Asha said dropping the finished porridge plate on the table beside her.

"A Chinese?"

"A Chinese?"

Angel and Zachary said in a tone of disbelief.

"Yeah am a Chinese"

Asha said.

"What are you doing here in Italy then?

and you are not like a Chinese at all,You are more like an Italian and you speak English well"

Angel said.

"My mother is a Chinese while my father is an Italian, When my mother died she asked me to come find my father here, that's her last wish that's why am here"

Asha replied smiling with bitterness and sorrowful eyes.

"Since your father is here then why are you in the condition I met you?,it really dangerous if you are not saved in time"

Angel asked.

"What can I do when my stepmother and my stepsister wants to kill me because am smart and my father praise me a lot"

Asha said bitterly

"Does it have to do with inheritance?

angel asked.

"Yes,they are afraid that my father would give all his inheritance to me,so the want to get rid of me"

Asha said.

"Hmm, You rest first am going out"

Angel sigh softly before saying that as she walked out with Zachary behind her.

"Do you really believe her?"

Zachary asked.

"Yes,but I will continue to observe her and don't let your guard down."

Angel said.

"So what do you plan on doing with her?,do you want her to stay?"

Zachary asked in a displeased tone.

"It's your house you get to decide if you want her to stay or not,but if she really wants to stay I have no problem with that."

Angel said in a nonchalant tone but deep down she's anxious because she felt some kind of connection with Asha somehow.

"since you want her to stay,then she stay"

Zachary said helplessly as he looked at her,Can he really bear to turn her down, angel tried to mask her anxiety but how can he not see it?.

"Really?"

Angel asked her eye shinning.

"Really"

Zachary replied smiling helplessly.

"You have to promise me that whenever am not here with you always stay on guard with her, Alright?"

Zachary said in a soft voice.

"Of course"

Angel replied walking forward.

They both walk in silence,each has their own thoughts.

A week passed away,Both Asha and angel got closer each passing days making Zachary sour.

Zachary really want to take back his words about letting Asha stay now,he is really regretting it now.

Angel and Asha train together after Asha recovered, Until one day Asha told Angel something that makes Angel looked at her weirdly.

"Are you trying to make me laugh?,What the hell does that mean?"

Angel asked laughing not believing it one bit.

"I know you won't believe me untill you witness it yourself"

Asha said not minding angel laugh.

"Are you serious right now?"

Angel asked seeing Asha serious face.

"Of course wait and see"

Asha raised her chin proudly.

Suddenly there was a hurried footstep making both Asha and angel hurriedly stood up.

"Angel!Asha!,We have got to go we are sorounded by men in Black asking for Asha"

Zachary said panting heavily.

"WHAT?"

"WHAT?"

Angel and Asha exclaimed.

"what are we waiting for?Let run now?

Asha said but before they could run the heard the sounds of gun firing getting closer.

"You guys should leave I will hold them back, Asha please take care of angel for me, Angel wait for me am coming back You must wait for me?

Zachary said before pushing them into the forest further ,he really can't bear to see angel get injured..

"You must come back,I will be waiting for you to come back."

Angel said with tears welling up in her eyes, although she know that Zachary was just pretending in front of her she really is afraid of losing someone close again.

"Alright I will come to you,you just have to take care of yourself,Go now!

Zachary said before walking towards where the man in Black were

When did angel get to know that Zachary is pretending to be meek in front of her?
