"You and I planned to drug her and sell her off, Gezelle. So just so you, if she remembers it all and starts talking, we're going down together ".
With that said, Karina hung up as pissed off Gezelle threw her phone across the room muttering. "F*ck!"
Back at the motel, Aspen turned around on his bed. As he slowly opened his eyes, his face broke into a smile as he couldn't remember when last he'd slept this well or slept till it was this late.
Yes, 9am was top late for him!. As the CEO of MK incorporations, only one of the biggest company in Alaska that you'd ever imagine, he didn't even have the luxury to sleep at night as the weight of the company was always on his mind.
However, he'd slept well last night because of her. That beautiful goddess.
He gazed around the room and as expected, she wasn't around. She probably left feeling embarrassed. He thought but damn, it seemed like she'd left her fragrance behind as he could still smell her.
He only hoped she was save though as she seemed to have dangerous people around her.
Luckily for her, he'd seen her last night as she was getting sold off to some rough looking men. He'd done his best to save her, as a friendly gesture or rather a good citizen.
When he'd taken care of those men alongside his bodyguards, he'd come to realize that the lady-scratch that-beautiful lady had been drugged so therfore, she was high as hell.
In her highness, she'd decided to thank him for saving her with a kiss.
Now, there and then, Aspen should have known better than take advantage of a high, beautiful, sex on a stick lady but he couldn't fucking resist and that fact surprised the hell out of him as he was a man who usually put his work, company, reputation before kinky pleasures.
And now, he'd come to realize that it was more than just the sex with that damsel. She was the missing piece he'd been looking for all his life.
Aspen laughter out loud at his thought. Never did he picture himself to be a romantic nor think this way.
As he climbed out of his bed to take a shower, he swore that he was going to find that mysterious damsel at all cost!. He was Aspen Mckenny afterwards. The man of all possibilities.
As the water rushed down his skin, Aspen suddenly felt hot all over as his mind slipped back to last night and he felt his person harden. He groaned taking his person into his hands and pleasuring himself to the max till he came.
He washed his seeds with the water that fell on his body as he steeped out of the bathroom. When in his room, he moved to the wardrobe where different layers of his clothes were stacked.
Oh, did I mention? He owned this motel. Never was Aspen going to fuck a beauty like that in a random place. He had to treat her like she deserved, right?
After changing to new clothes and spraying his 1000$ perfume, he heard a knock on his door. "Come in, Haggar". Aspen said. Haggar was simply byt his 'all in all', be it secretary, bodyguard, chaperone.
Although he still had other men for those works, Haggar was rather special to him as he's been by his side since he was 12.
"Are you ready to leave, sir?". Haggar questioned. "Your mother called me earlier and is quite worried why you didn't come home last night?".
"And so? What did you tell her?".
"That you'd spent the night in your office". Aspen flashed Haggar his best smile as he patted his shoulders, like a proud father.
"Haggar.." .He dragged out slowly. "I see a raise in your future. Although I don't know how your salary can be raised higher that 5000$ per day"
Haggar smiled."I live to serve you, sir"
"And you, do well to remember that". Aspen removed his hands from Haggar's
shoulders. "Come, let's go before mother throws a fit".
Aspen and Haggar moved to walk out of the room as they left the motel. When they were in the car, Aspen questioned Haggar about Dulce.
"That girl we'd met yesterday.." . He started.
"What about her, sir?" Haggar questioned.
"I want you to find her for me as well as every little detail you can possibly find. Don't even leave out a full stop, Is that taken?"
"Yes, sir". In the blink of an eye, their red sports car drove into Aspen's famiy mansion's driveway.
Aspen stepped out of his car, straightening his suit before walking into his family's mansion. The door to the main entrance was opened by the maidservants who stood by either sides
On walking in, he saw his mother paving anxiously to and fro.
"Mother". He said calling her attention towards him as Cassy finally took notice of him as she quickened her steps towards him.
After dissolving him in a warm embrace, she gave him a piece of her mind.
"Where have you been all day?" Cassy, his mother questioned, furiously. "Why didn't you answer my calls? Do you know how worried I was?"
"Work". Aspen said as a matter of fact as he continued making his way to the dinning table where he signaled for a maidservant to bring his meal. He turned to face his mother "Mother, can you please stop your twenty questions? I'm hungry"
"And why won't you be?". Cassy scolded."When all you do is work. Tell me son, don't you have anyone your heart beats for these days? Should mother set you up on a blind date?"
Aspen grumbled as the maidservant returned with his food. "Mother, please let me eat in peace, huh?"
Cassy sighed, defeated dropping the subject."Okay". She looked away before speaking up once more. "Not even one girl?"
Annoyed, Aspen dropped his spoon on his plate with a loud clash. He knew just exactly what his mother could do and for the first time since he was born, he thought of using his mother's power to get what he wanted. His mysterious damsel
"Actually...". He started. "There is a girl I have interest in".
Surprised and relieved that her son was confiding in her, Cassy broke out into smiles. "That's good news, son"
"But.."
Cassy quirked her brow, confused. There was a 'but?'. Why? Was it a one sided thing?. "But?"
"I don't know who she is or where to find her"
Cassy heaved a heavy sigh, disappointed. "This girl you speak of, son. Is she real?"
A month had gone by and everything was finally settling in. Dulce had moved into a new apartment with the kids and their nanny, Cynthia. Her former apartment brought her nightmares."Zig! Olletta! where are you guys?" she yelled. She was trying to get ready for her first date with Aspen and also prepare the kids for a weekend with their grandfather."Over here," Zigfrid called out from somewhere near the stairs, sounding tired. "We can't find Olletta. Have you seen her?""Hang on," Dulce said as she ran upstairs. She opened her bedroom door and immediately saw a pile of clothes on the floor."Mom! Where have you been?! You gotta pick us up in fifteen minutes!" Olletta cried.Dulce sighed. "Look, kiddos, we can't go to the mall today, because of our schedule.""But, it's summer!" Olletta whined."I know. But your grandfather is coming in to pick you and your brother up. Mummy wants an alone time with your dad," Dulce said, trying to convince Olleta. Olletta frowned slightly. "That sou
Eventually, she managed to calm down. Once she did, she pulled away from him. Her tears were still streaming down her cheeks."I'm so sorry for running away, papa," Dulce muttered. He smiled sadly. "It's okay. But, you know you had a choice in all of this. It's not your responsibility to be in this. You don't have to apologize for that," he reassured."I know. I just...," She trailed off."What is it sweetheart?""I mean, I didn't tell you the real reason I left. I just disappeared and I always felt bad about it. Even when I came back, I didn't come to see you.""Why?" he questioned.Dulce hesitated at first before answering her father. " I was afraid."He arched his brow. " Afraid of what?""I was afraid you'd hate me."Aspen, Derek, Cynthia and Mrs Cassy McKinney filed out of the room immediately they saw Dulce and Theodore having a father and daughter moment. They didn't want to interrupt.Once they were gone, Mr. Theodore Florencia approached his daughter once again. He gently car
"Yes ma'am," Cynthia said, her head slightly bowed."Why do you..." she wheezed a little. Cynthia reached out for the water and gave it to her. "Thanks. Now, why do you look like you were used as a punching bag?" She chuckled weakly.Cynthia sighed. "That isn't important right now. We'll talk about it when you're better," she said."Yeah," she replied slowly before coughing. She cleared her throat and swallowed hard. The doctor came closer to check her pulse."Everything looks fine to me. She's awake now and she seems alert enough to understand us. So I'd say it's safe to say she's going to be completely okay," the doctor confirmed. "We should get her discharged in a few days, but I want you to bring her back next week. She needs rest."Derek nodded. "Okay, doc."Dulce stiffened at the sound of a familiar voice. She looked in the direction of the voice and saw Derek and Aspen together and another stranger with them."Uhhh..." she slurred her words."Derek, why... are you here... wit
Theodore was shocked at the turn of events. He couldn't believe that he supported Becker. The very man who was behind his daughter's predicament. He couldn't believe that he almost fell for his bullshit. The thought of strangling Becker crossed his mind. He wrapped his hands in a fist as he paced up and down the court's hallways."Fuck!" he said, muttering under his breath. He was so angry and disappointed that he could hardly see straight. After a few minutes, he calmed down and took in a few deep breaths, attempting to calm himself down from his rage. He didn't want the others to know how agitated he was by the situation. No doubt they'd pity him, and that made him even angrier. "Fuck," he repeated, this time quietly. He ran his hand through his hair in an attempt to clear it out of his eyes.``Damnit, damnit, dammit...I shouldn't have been so easily swayed." The last thing he wanted was to make it seem like he had fallen for Becker's lies.Theodore tried to focus on calming himself
The defence calls Ms Cynthia, the nanny to Ms. Dulce Florencia's children, to the stand," the defense attorney said, beaming with pride.Everyone began muttering among themselves and the courtroom buzzed with excitement and speculation about whom it might be. Cynthia tried her best not to gulp nervously but judging by the glances people were sending her way, she failed miserably. As soon as she reached the stand, a familiar voice erupted from the spectators section. "How dare you show up here without telling anyone?!" The voice belonged to a female reporter. "Are you aware that you are a witness to a crime! I bet you're here for the money!" she screamed angrily."Excuse me?" Cynthia snapped. "What do you mean by that? Did this reporter just assume that I was here because of some money? Do you think this is funny?!" Cynthia yelled furiously.Everyone hushed and fell silent. People stared wide eyed at Cynthia, waiting to see how she was going to react. Cynthia stood there, breathing hea
At the crack of dawn, Cynthia had struggled her way out of bed. She ruffled her hair a bit so she wouldn't be recognized before stepping out of her ward sneakily. As she passed the corner of her ward's hallway, a smooth feminine voice stopped her. Her heart sank to the pit of her stomach."Hey! Checked the patient in Room 3?" the voice asked. Cynthia turned and a nurse stood before her."Uh..." She stuttered."Oh, my bad. I assumed you were a nurse," the nurse said. She smiled kindly at Cynthia before gesturing for her to keep going. Cynthia continued on her way. After a brief moment of hesitation, she slipped into the hall towards her destination. She didn't want to be caught unawares and. so she put up a straight face and walked briskly out of the hospital, avoiding conversations of any kind until she got to the road. She glanced around her and relaxed. No one was here. With an air of confidence, she began walking down the sidewalk. Her mind raced over what she might need to do nex
